Katerina's POV

I lay awake utterly bored until a familiar voice rang through my ears and sent tingles down my spine, which somehow turned into butterflies in my stomach. "Hey baby." Said none other than Derek. "Derek." I smile as he walks over and lays in my bed. "How are you feeling gorgeous." He asked as he tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. "Good contrast to how I look right now." I replied. "You look amazing so I would say good is a bit of an understatement.

I laughed and he laughed in content. For now we were okay and that's all I needed. These promised moments of bliss before and after the moments of hurt and anger. "You scared me for a bit there." He said truthfully as the laughter seized. "So I'm told." I gave him a quick kiss. Which he then pouted until I gave him a longer one.

"Much better." He said with a wink. "So I'm going to go out." I said getting up. "Yeah no." Said Derek picking me up and putting me on the bed. "Scream if you're naked!" Yelled Mason? Yep it was Mason. "Awe I'm disappointed!" Whined Mason as he walked in the door.

I laughed as Mason came over and gave me a hug. A small growl ripped from Derek's mouth causing me and Mason to laugh. "How ya feeling Katt?" Asked Mason. "I'm great can I leave now?" I asked looking at Mason and Derek with my best puppy dog eyes. "I don't see why not." Mason said clearly falling for my puppy dog eyes. "Fine." Said Derek giving me a quick kiss.

I hopped up and turned into my wolf running for the woods. My wolf was a white wolf, with piercing blue eyes, it was actually quite gorgeous. As I ran around the woods I was playfully tackled by a bigger black wolf with striking gold eyes. From the smell I knew it was Derek.

I threw him off of me, and started to run. "Babe." I heard a growl echo in my head. "Yes" I sent back. "Stop running and I'll be easy on you." Derek warned. I pushed faster. Running faster. I heard him push faster too, but I was faster. We ran in circles for hours before he finally caught me. His wolf pinned me to the ground. I stared into the familiar comfort of his gold eyes. He then licked my cheek. I jumped up and stared at him my eyes most likely the size of saucers.

I looked down knowing if I was in human form I would be blushing. Derek ran behind a tree real fast and then came out dressed and in human form. I did the same. "Can I kiss you?" Asked Derek. I laughed and grabbed him pulling into a kiss. It got heated after a few minutes and I felt his lips on my neck. "Can I?" He said breathless. I knew he was asking if he could mark me. I nodded and felt his teeth sink into my neck it hurt but then an unexplainable pleasure coursed through my body.

He had just marked me.
