Queen's POV

I slowly opened my eyes and I was welcomed by the bright with color of white, everything is white. Nasa heaven naba ko? Is this the afterlife? Why does it smell like disinfectant? Is this how it smell in paradise? But it kinda makes sense, ang huli kong pinuntahan ay isang hospital kaya naaamoy ko ang hospital.

Pero nagulantang ako ng makarinig ako ng mga pamilyar na boses! What? Bakit ko sila naririnig.

"Queen! Huhu. You're awake!" Napamulat ako ng buo at napansin ang paligid ko, yes this place is indeed covered in white! Because its a hospital! I'm inside a hospital! What the heck!

"Oh no! Daughter. You'll strain yourself. Wag kang kumilos! Let us do everything for you." Agad na nakita ko sa field of vision ko si Mommy at Daddy. Nanlaki ang mata ko, the fact itself that nandito sya ay isa ng miracle. Why are they here? Are they taking risks! This is dangerous! Baka maambush kame dito!

Pero mukhang nabasa ata ni Mom ang nasa isip ko kaya umiling sya ang ngumiti tas liningon ang Dad na ngumiti sa akin.

"We've been in good terms to all of the Mafias around. We're all acquaintance of ours and we've agreed to not meddle on each other's business, unless required." He tapped may hands in a really comforting manner that made me light weight, it looks like they're sharing the sameburden now. We're now free.

"Group hug!" Malakas na sigaw ni Faye at tumalon sa kama ko, agad na iniwas ni Mom at dad ang kamay ko mula kay Faye. Napangisi naman ako sa reaksyon nila Dad, there goes my over-protective parents. Everything is fine but I think there's something missing.

I wandered my eyes around to find him pero there's no sign of Ivan inside this room, maybe he left after calling the ambulance for help, did he hate me that much? I felt tears in my face and they seem to notice that. Pero napatitig ako ng blangko kay Faye ng tumawa sya ng malakas.

"Hinahanap mo ba si Ivan?"  Tumango ako sa tanong nya, pero tinawanan nya ulit ako. Gago to a. Batukan ko kaya! Pero naalala kong hindi maayos ang wrist ko ngayon at mahina pa ako, kailangan ko pang ma-regain ang strength ko bago sya batukan ng malakas. Yung mag iiwan ng bukol.

"He left when the doctor mistaken us to be the family of the dead guy he operated on, he cried for you too so much, tas nag walk out pa sya. I was really laughing my as out when I heard that the doctor was wrong, naging sobrang galit kase si Ivan sa doctor tas-" di ko na sya pinatapos at itinaas ang kamay ko para mapiit sya sa pag dadaldal. At ikinura ko ang kamay ko sakanya.

"Give me your phone I'll call Prince." Agad naman nyang ibinigay saakin, natakot siguro. I dialed it fast, hindi namin alam kung nasaan sya, anong ginagawa nya o ano, pero all I know he acts before he thinks, baka kung anong gawin nya.

"Answer your phone you dumbshit!" Mariin kong sabi sa sarili ko habang iniintay ang pagsagot nya? Then when he picked up mag sasalita na sana ako kaso inunahan nya ako.

It made my throat dry, I suddenly can't speak, I think I lost the ability to talk. Yung mga sasabihin ko dapat sakanya, nawala ng bigla. His voice sounded so weak at parang pagod na pagod na rin sya.

"Hello. I hope you lead a great life, don't let go of the girl you love, and don't do what I'm going to do. Goodbye."  My life felt like it crumbled down to pieces, wha are you saying right now? Its like you're saying goodbye for good.

Minutes later I heard a loud bang from the other line and it left me dumbfounded.

"Q-Queen. I-I love y-you. A-always a-and forever.  To the moon a back."  And that momment I know
I can lose him any momment now, and I can't afford to take risks and trust that it wouldn't happen to him, that it was just a mere sound, no it wasn't that, I know what he just did.

Thats why I did what he probably did to me hours ago. I'll save him too. Tinanggal ko ang pagkakakabit ng mga tubes sa kamay ko at hindi pinansin ang sakit na idinulot non. Tinanggal ko rin ang nakakabit na oxygen sa ilong ko at tumayo ng pabigla kaya nakaramdam ako ng pagkahilo at bahagya kong naituon ang kamay kong kakaopera lamang.

Napanganga ako at pinilit na hindi sumigaw sa sakit, I did but I can't supress the faint sob, masakit e problema nyo!? But I have to endure it para matulungan si Ivan.

"Queen! What do you think you're doing!? Nababaliw ka na ba. Are you trying to kill yourself for that man!" Sigaw ni Mom saakin pero hindi ko  sya pinansin- I was planning to but she pulled a certain string.

"Just forget about him! Hes not worth risking your life! Just rest here, I know someone will be there to help him anyway-" i couldn't help it, I wasn't really thinking straight. My hand automatically moved on their own and found its way to my Mom's face.

Nakita ko ang pagkabigla sa mukha ni Mom dahil sa ginawa ko, kahit ako hindi ko aakalain na magagawa ko yon sa sarili kong Mommy pero she's like telling me to abandon his body to rot!

"He's not worth risking my life you say? Do you expect me to just sit around if the person I love just commited suicide in my ears! Can you do that if it was Dad huh!? And you should be grateful to him! He saved my life! And all I need to do is save his too! So mom, please.... let me do this." I found myself hugging my mom and crying on her shoulder and she clutching me like shes too afraid to let go of me.

"Then you come with me. Help me find him!" Malakas kong sabi at ilinibot ang paningin sa kwarto kung saan nandito ang buong gang leaders at sila Faye. Tumango naman sila saakin. I quickly smiled at them and wiped my tears away.

"Track the phone-" 

"On it." I smiled when Adriel beat me to it, still fast as ever, never misses a second late.

"Lucky. He's near. Just the rooftop of an abandoned building about two blocks away. We can get there in no time."  Adi replied immediately.

"Let me say this, your situation was just like the story I read once. Its title was Anthony and Cleopatra. As far as I remember, anthony and cleopatra were inlove with each other, anthony commit suicide after hearing the news that cleopatra was dead, not knowing that cleopatra was really alive, then when cleopatra heard about anthony she commited suicide herself. But don't commit suicide if Ivan dies ok?" Tuloy tuloy na sabi ni Adi kaya nabatukan ko sya. Ivan will not die!

"Sinong mamamatay! Wala!" Malakas kong sigaw at lumabas na ng kwarto.

"Queen! Your cloth!"

I need to save Ivan.
