Jack and Laura tried to visit me but I refused to see them. They only wanted to see me out of sympathy and I didn't want that. I wanted them to see me because they really wanted too. Tom didn't leave my side. Even though I didn't want him there, he was adamant that he was staying. "Where's Sister Maria?" I asked Tom. "Um..." Tom stuttered. "What. What is it?" I asked getting anxious. "I'm going to let Sister Rachel tell you" he said getting up and walking out of the room. "What? She's back?" I asked.
Sister Rachel was like my sister. We did everything together but 2 years ago she left to go to another Chapel. And now she was back. "Y/n" Sister Rachel said running towards me. "Sister Rachel! I'm so glad you're here. What's going on? Where's Sister Maria?" I asked tears streaming down my face. "I'm so sorry my dearest y/n but Sister Maria passed last night". I felt like my world had crumbled. I released my grip on Sister Rachel and started getting up out of the bed. I couldn't believe this was happening. What else could go wrong? I had just lost a baby and now a Mother again. "I have to go" I said before I bolted for the door.
