“This one is dated from a few weeks ago from the king and queen,” I said. The king and queen were the highest up you could get in werewolf stature. “It says they will be here in a three weeks and this was sent two weeks ago.”

            “Why the hell would they come here?” Austin asked as he grabbed the letter from me and began to read it.

            “Don’t know they don’t usually visit small packs. I know they have visited out pack in the past but only because other packs were threatening to expose us,” I told him and watched as he continued to read the letter.

            “Hmm well I guess we will just have to wait and find out why they are coming,” Austin muttered and set the letter down on his desk. “Hey I was talking to parker earlier and I asked him what he thought about you know us and he really didn’t say much.”

            “Uh yeah it takes a bit for him to warm up to new people,” I mumbled.

            “And I also talked to Dom and apparently you told him to stay away from you pack. Why is that Skylar?” Austin asked as he eyed me.

            “Because Austin we aren’t the nicest wolves around. I don’t want to see anyone hurt,” I growled.

            “No need to get defensive sky respect your alpha,” Dom growled as he walked into the office and I had to stop myself from ripping his throat out. Why did he just keep appearing every where?

            “Yeah Skylar what’s the big secret?” Tyler asked as he came in followed by most of the rest of the back and I had to stop myself from rolling my eyes. Were they really desperate for answers?

            “Come on sky spit it out already,” Reece snapped and I turned to glare at them.

            ‘Hey sky you okay?’ I heard Owen ask through the link.

            ‘Yup fine just have something to deal with’ I answered back and turned to look at dom.

            “You want answers Dom? You really that desperate to know the truth?” I half growled and he just stood there with the others standing behind me tension thick in the room. “Fine I’ll give you the answers you want. I don’t like you and you are a complete asshole the reason I left was because I couldn’t bear to see you with someone else. I was a coward then but guess what I changed dom. I don’t care about your sorry little ass anymore. You keep harassing me and you will understand why I told you to stay away from us,” I snapped and I saw Reece flinch

            “You think you guys are so tough but the truth is that we could take you no problem,” Dom snapped. Did he really think that parker had brought the whole pack?

            “Yeah they say they are the most powerful pack out there but I don’t see it,” Zach growled. Apparently he was still mad about me kicking his ass.

            “oh I get it when I first come back you guys are all so excited to see me then when you find out I have another pack you turn your back on me,” I growled.

            “Because you turned your back on us first,” Sam muttered and I turned to look at him and see the pain clear on his face. I knew then that he was right and that I had left them without a second thought.

            “What I did was wrong but it was something I had to do for myself. I will be leaving in a few days so nothing can be changed. I no longer belong here,” I muttered and I turned to look at Austin but he turned away from me. Austin had been the only one not to say anything about my new pack but I knew he agreed with his pack at that moment. 

            “Where’s the old Skylar?” Tyler asked and I shook my head and pushed past them and out of the office. How dare they bombard me like that? I felt bad as it was but when they did things like that it broke my heart.

            “Its okay sky well help you get through this,” raven whispered as he came up behind me and pulled me against his chest. I hadn’t cried in seven years but at that moment the tears began to fall and I didn’t bother to stop them. I felt raven pick me up and take me to my room where I looked around and saw my boys sitting there.

            Luke was holding a box of Kleenex while Owen had a bowl of ice cream and parker had a box of chocolates.

            “You guys are the best,” I cried and raven laid me on the bed before he lay beside me and pulled me into him.

            “We’re always here for you Skylar no matter what,” Owen whispered as he touched my arm and I couldn’t help but smile. I didn’t deserve these guys but they were my world.

            ‘I vote we go shopping tomorrow,” Luke said and I couldn’t help but laugh.

            “Agreed and no arguing sky,” Owen said and I nodded.

            “Okay fine,” I sighed and raven held me tighter to him allowing me to fall asleep in his arms.
