Taehyung looked up to see Hoseok smiling sweetly. "What are you doing here?"
"Well, I am a waiter here so I came here to take your order." Hoseok smiled and grabbed his small notebook and a pen that was tucked in his right ear.
"Give me two bottles of beer." Taehyung ordered as Hoseok seated himself from across the crying boy.
"This is not gonna solve any of your problems, you know that." Hoseok said in a serious tone.
"What? Mind your own business please and do your job." Taehyung scoffed as he buried himself in his arms again and layed at the table.
"I know what's wrong. I was the same waiter from your date the other night and the same from last night with your date and another guy." Hoseok stated, he wanted to comfort the crying boy as he knew how he must have felt.
Another guy. Taehyung thought and immediately thought of Jimin. "So they ate here last night, huh? That's why he left home." Taehyung said, piecing two and two together.
"Yes. I'm sorry for telling you this." Hoseok hung his head low as he stood up and did a full bow to show his apologies.
"It's okay. Thank you for telling me...uhh...Hoseok." Taehyung gave off a weak smile as he thanked the waiter after spotting his nametag.
"Jung Hoseok." The man extended his arms to reach for a handshake.
"Kim Taehyung." Taehyung was weak but he didn't want to give off a negative impression. "Now give me what I want."
"You still want to drink your feelings away?" Hoseok sighed. "It's too early in the morning for that and you know this is bad for you--"
"Don't tell me what to do. Just....please don't make this any worse." Taehyung mumbled and look at the waiter with tired eyes.
"I'll be back." Hoseok had no choice but to obey since it was his job. He went back to Taehyung's table with two bottles of beer. "Don't worry, I'll pay for it." Hoseok smiled sweetly.
"Thank you." Taehyung smiled as he reached for the beer but was stopped with the hand.
"I'll pay for it if you let me sit here with you and talk to me." Hoseok suggested, still holding Taehyung's wrist from grabbing the bottle.
Taehyung contemplated. He wanted to be alone, but the pain was severe that he didn't want to bottle up his feelings anymore. A little company wouldn't hurt and Hoseok seemed like a kind guy. He pulled his hand from Hoseok's grasp and grabbed the beer.
"I'll take that as a yes." Hoseok smiled as he went back to sit across Taehyung as the sniffling boy mirrored the smile. "So will you talk now?"
Taehyung smiled as he gulped the beer and pulled away until he drank half of it. "You're really willing to listen to my drama?" Taehyung giggled to mask his real emotions.
"It couldn't be that bad." Hoseok laughed and suddenly, the feeling of warmth and comfort took over Taehyung.
"Why do you want to talk to me, anyway? I might be a crazy man or something." Taehyung said and drank his beer soon after.
"Are you a crazy man?" Hoseok giggled. "Well, I did serve you last time and I know that you're not crazy or anything, from what I can assume you are calm and sweet."
Taehyung smiled hearing those words that made him feem appreciated.
"Besides, your handsome face will never suit a crazy man." Hoseok added making Taehyung red. Thankfully, the beer started to kick in that it could be covered by the alcohol.
"Why are you so nice to me?" Taehyung wondered, finishing his first bottle and feeling the effects of the alcohol.
"Because." Hoseok looked down as he fiddled with his fingers. "I know what it's like to be hurt by love. Painful than death that you'd wish to just be able to stop to feel."
Taehyung saw Hoseok's eyes glisten and he knew Hoseok must have experienced something bad, too.
"Can you tell me?" Taehyung asked while holding out his hands for Hoseok to accept and hold. Hoseok was shocked but gladly accepted it as he started to feel giddy and comfortable.
"Wasn't I supposed to hear your story?" Hoseok laughed.
"You'll tell me yours and I'll tell you mine afterwards." Taehyung reassured and Hoseok nodded.
"Well, we were like any other couple. It was just that I should've saw it coming when he cheated on me." Hoseok started to tremble and Taehyung noticed this and held Hoseok's hand tighter. "I knew I wasn't good enough." He added as he sighed.
"Looks like were the same then." Taehyung stated. Hoseok looked up to see him smiling sadly. Hoseok nodded to let him continue.
"I think you already know since he brought the both of us in the same restaurant but....yeah I wasn't the only one. I wouldn't call it cheating though, more like I was just a lettuce to the bread, separating them both. But they eventually found each other when I was of no use anymore." Taehyung grabbed his second bottle and gulped a quarter of it.
"And it was even more complicated as....it was a love triangle." Taehyung stated as Hoseok was not shocked saying he knew it since that was the reason for his cheating but Taehyung shook his head. "We fell in love with each other. That guy I was with yesterday, Jungkook, my ex-boyfriend and probably my ex-best friend, too.....we... We love the same guy, that's the guy he was with here last night, Jimin."
Hoseok was confused, to say the least but after careful explanation of Taehyung, he soon understood.
"But why didn't you break up with him if you were fighting for the same guy?" The older wondered.
"I still love Jungkook even if Jimin returned. I still do now but, it was stupid for me to realize this late that I was just hindering them." Taehyung laughed bitterly as he sipped the last drop of the alcohol.
"Well, love makes us stupid." Hoseok stated as a matter of fact.
"You're a very nice guy, Hoseok. Somehow, my mood got better."
"It's always better to talk with a friend than to bottle those feelings." Hoseok smiled as the other boy smiled too thinking about his new friend.
They didn't know what they got their minds, and Taehyung was probably drunk to comprehend what he was doing as he was slowly leaning to Hoseok as the older boy shut his eyes tight waiting for the kiss.
But the kiss never came, and all he heard was a loud thud beside him. As soon as he opened his eyes, he saw Taehyung sprawled on the floor unconscious.
Hoseok panicked as he yelled for help. Grabbing his senses, he picked up his phone and dialed 911. 10 minutes later, an ambulance came and he stepped inside with Taehyung as nurses guide him inside.
Hoseok didn't know what to do, he searched Taehyung's pockets and found his phone. He opened it, thankful that there was no password and dialed the top number on the list.
"Hello, Taehyung?" Answered a familiar voice. Hoseok flinched as he tried to control his anger.
"Go to Seoul General Hospital if you want to see Taehyung." Hoseok ended the call as Jungkook was left dumbfounded on the other line.
