Pat was quiet the entire way. Her pixie dyed hair fell like a curtain on the sides of her face. For some reason, she looked very emo which reminded me of the girls at school. I know she's not okay.
Pat's P.O.V.
Why? It's all I asked myself the entire walk to Buck's. Why did I fall for Johnny when I knew he was probably already off-limits from someone he knew better than some stranger he just met a month ago. I wanted to cry but luckily I'm very good at hiding my emotions. Just need to hide behind my hair which suits great for a curtain.
"Pat?" Johnny said finally which startled me.
I looked up, "what's up, Johnny?"
"You seem awfully quiet," he stared at me and kept walking, "are you sure everything's alright?"
Yeah, it's just that I'm jealous.
