Hi, Mommy! Hi, Daddy! (Sonadow)

So it begins.

"Faker! FAKER! SONIC!"

Shadow and Aria were up in the little girl's room. He was lightly petting his daughter's rumpled quills.

Moments later, the blue hedgehog swiftly appeared in the doorway.

"Shaddiku! What's wrong?"

"Mama!" Aria ran into Sonic's waiting arms.

"Eggman is back." said the ebony agent, as calmly as he could muster.

Forcing himself to breathe, Sonic flopped onto the bed with his family.

"Repeat that. I'm going crazy aren't I?"

"Mama...The fat man made a robot, but Daddy made it go boom!" Nestling further into the blue hero's embrace, Aria curled into a little ball. "Scary."

There was no doubt: Eggman was back, and he was back for vengeance.
