BILLIE'S POV:

First day of school was a disaster!

The fact that I have to tolerate this situation for 2 more years is giving me anxiety!

The next day at school...

I walked in the building late and started looking for my class.

"Damn! Where's my fucking class?"

I said out loud without noticing the teacher behind me.

...: You're at school my lady! Watch your language!

And then he left.

Seriously? He heard that I'm lost and all he had to say was to watch my language?

Then a girl passed next to me.

B: Excuse me! Do you know where's Mr Hernandez's class?

She looked at me up and down and left.

"What the actual fuck?!"

I started running in different hallways because it was the second day and I didn't want to give the impression of a student who's always late to my new teachers.

I was lost.

I sat down on the floor and brought my knees up to my chest and buried my face in between.

...: Um you okay?

I heard a guy's voice asking me and I lifted my head up to face him.
He was a really nice guy, I can't say!

But i dont have time to think about boys and shit!

B: Do I look okay?

I said whilst standing up and I smoothed down my shirt to fix the creases.

He rolled his eyes.

Damn!

...: Do you need help anyway because I have to go to my class too.

B: Do you know where's Mr Hernandez's class?

...: Just go straight down and then left.

B: Okay thanks!

He winked at me and left.

How cute?!

I ran down the hallway and turned left and knocked at the door.

I opened it tentatively and all the gazes were turned to me.

Mr Hernandez looked at me softly.

Mr H: Is everything okay miss Eilish?

B: Y-yeah, I'm sorry I just didn't hear my alarm this morning an-

Mr H: It's okay! It can happen to anyone! Take a seat!

The corners of his mouth lifted up into a smile.
