I walked into work trying not to look suspicious, I was trying so hard to keep calm but after all I did have a gun in my bag! I walked into the locker room and put my bag into my locker, locked it and then went to start working. I loved my job and as soon as I started taking orders and talking to the customers and staff I forgot all about the gun that I was hiding in my bag.
"Hey Ellie, it's my birthday on Saturday and I would love it if you would come" Lily one of my other best friends and a girl I work with says to me
"Of course I'll be there Lily your one of my best friends" I replied whilst clearing a table a couple just left from
"Yay!" Lily shouts really loud and almost everyone in the cafe turns and looks at us. Lily turns bright red and I burst out laughing, she slaps my arm and I laugh even louder
"Stop it, it's not funny!" She whispers to me, everyone has turned away again and just continued eating or drinking their orders and talking to the people they are with
"It's really funny" I say still laughing but not as hard
"You just wait until you do something embarrassing and everyone is looking at you!" Lily says and turns away to take someone's order
Meanwhile
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU LOST YOUR GUN WILL?"
(Will is the guy Ellie bumped into earlier on the stairs, or should I say who bumped into Ellie on the stairs)
"I don't know if I lost it Boss I could have just forgotten it in my house, I sent Jackson to go have a look for me"
"WELL YOU BETTER HOPE ITS THERE WILL OR SO HELP ME GOD..."
Knock knock
"COME IN"
"Was it there Jackson? Please tell me it was there!" Will says with a worried tone
"No it wasn't there and it's not in your car either" Jackson answers, Wills face looks worried
"MY GOD WILL HOW COULD YOU BE SO CARELESS?"
"I'm sorry Boss" will says trying not to freak out
"Where all have you been today Will?" Jackson says
"No where, I walked out of my apartment and was running down the sta..."
"THE STAIRS!" Will shouts "I bumped into a girl while I was running down the stairs, it must have fallen out when I bumped into her!"
"Good then that's where we are going now" the man that they call Boss says while standing up from his desk and walking to the exit of his office "come on we haven't got all day!" he shouts back at Will and Jackson
