I walked out the arboretum by myself, feeling good despite the cloudy, chilly weather.
The perfect day for the school picnic.
My parents were still busy so they couldn't come.
I was a little bit disappointed at that.

But we had a competition at the picnic to see who could draw the best flower.
I felt quite cool afterwards because I'd received a compliment.
One of my mom's friends even said I was dependable.
My spirits had been lifted a little.

"Jimin-ah, wait here for teacher. She'll come soon." The teacher was trying to help us all start packing up and leaving the arboretum.
I didn't wait though.
I was confident I could do it alone.

I grabbed my backpack's straps and walked purposefully to the exit. I could feel everyone looking at me as I went on without the teacher.
I felt a little surge of pride bloom in my chest.
I straightened my shoulders and walked down the road.

It was raining quite heavily.
My friends and their mums had left already, so I was alone.
Plus, my legs were getting tired from all the walking.

I took a break and crouched under a tree, holding my backpack over my head to help keep my hair dry.
I waited for the rain to slow.
It didn't really.
And there was no one to be seen.
Everyone had taken shelter.

So I was left with only one option:
To run across the street, backpack over head to the back entrance of the arboretum.
Thankfully the side gate was open and a little storage space was seen further on.

This note wasn't too bad.
I don't know where exactly this fits in, really.
Was this scene in an MV?
All I can think of is the part in the
highlight reel where Jimin runs in
the rain with his umbrella.

Let's hope jimin doesn't
drop some psychologically
damaging stuff on us in the
next two notes!
