The thing about memories
Is you can relive them
But you can't relive the emotions you felt during them exactly
You can picture the way his eyes lit up when he smiled at you
But you can't quite replicate the feeling it gave you in your heart
You can replay the drop of the roller coaster.
But you can't conjure up the adrenaline just like that.
You remember the fight
But the sadness doesn't exactly grip you in the same way it did in that moment.
It's beautiful and useless at the same time.
