☕Mug Cakes~ Rylee ☕

Hi guys! Rylee here! My first post for the SGC! I'm so excited! So I thought for my first post I do a recipe! So I thought I do a recipe for Mug Cakes! Yes food in mugs is a thing. I had no idea until my teacher told me in class but anyways I thought we would do the Chocolate Chip Mug Cake. Keep in mind you will have to use your microwave for this. So let's get to it! 💕☺️

What you will need:

1 egg

3 tablespoons of melted butter

¼ cup of self-rising flour

¼ cup of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla

3 tablespoons of milk

1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips

Toppings:

Whipped cream

Mini chocolate chip

Sprinkles

Now that we got the ingredients out of the here are the instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, stir together 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Add ¼ cup of self-rising flour, ¼ cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 3 tablespoons of milk. Stir all the ingredients until combined. Pour the batter into two mugs. Cook one at a time in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, add 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips to the batter. Let it cool. Then top it off with whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles! Feel free to mix it up a little!
