You know those days where you just feel really.. deflated? Like a balloon? Like someone squeezed all the air out of you?
Whether something is stressful at school, you're on the dreaded *whispers* period, or you just didn't get enough sleep, here's some de-stress activities that I enjoy on those days.
Activities:
1: Burn a nice scented candle.
2: Eat chocolate, duh.
3: Take a long hot bath
4: Binge watch your favourite Netflix shows or have a movie marathon. *throws popcorn in the air*
5: Read a good book! My favourite book to read is The Fault In Our Stars by John Green. It's funny, it's sad, and you can never read it just once.
6: Call a friend. A friend that you trust can be great on these mushy days.
7: Sleep. Don't even bother getting out of bed at all. Sometimes, that's what you need the most.
