I would like to start by reminding you that every body is different and that's why what works for me might not work for you, but I just want to give you an idea about my workout routine to motivate you.
1- You should set your goal first
- Gaining muscles: requires working out with weight Ps: you can use school bags or water bottles to add weight if you don't have dumbbells

- Losing weight: requires focusing on cardio exercises to loose calories and working out with weight (and of course eating healthy)

- Improve your flexibility: requires stretching

I focus on: legs, booty, and abs. I exercise 6 days per week for 30 or 40 minutes
2- make a list:
Example: Monday: Legs and booty Tuesday: Abs Wednesday: Biceps and Triceps Thursday: Legs and booty Friday: Abs Saturday: Shoulders, back and chest
resting your muscles is really important that's why it's better to have 2 or 3 days rest between the workout of each body part.
3- The exercises:
- It is really helpful to workout while watching youtube videos because it will motivate you and push you to finish the whole workout. -You can go to the gym if it is possible. -You can simply search on google for the workout you want and try it out. P.S: stretching after every workout is essential.
