So, who on here loves to drink hot chocolate? I know I do. But have you ever tried white hot chocolate before? If not, then here's a recipe on how you can make your very own white hot chocolate.
What you'll need:
Milk (you can use whole milk, skim milk or whatever kind that you like)
White chocolate chips
Salt (optional)
Vanilla extract
Small saucepan
Whisk
Directions:
Heat up the milk, white chocolate chips and vanilla extract altogether in a small saucepan.
Use a whisk to continuously mix up the ingredients for five minutes over a medium-low heat so that the mixture is smooth and the chocolate can melt better.
Once the chocolate has melted and the milk is warm, you can now start serving your white hot chocolate drink.
You can add a pinch of salt if you would like to balance the sweetness. Or you can top it off with some marshmallows, candy canes and whipped cream.
