Here's to us.

There are people who don't have any real friends.

Maybe they have a friend that lives down the street,

That they just so happen to ride their bike past their house every morning at at 10:35,

And their friend happens to be outside every morning at 10:33.

And maybe every morning, turning into afternoon, turning into evening, they become closer and closer friends.

Here's to them.

Here's to us. Here's to us and our one friend and our specific times. Here's to the great conversations that you have when it's 9:55 in the evening and you're both sitting on the porch talking about Buddha, Alexander the Great, and how awful your history teacher is.
