When I woke up I had no idea of where I was. I looked around me and I couldn't remember what brought me there either. I had what looked like an oxygen mask over my face, and I felt dizzy almost as if I had been drinking for the past year. There was no one in my room. My hospital room, I assumed. Why was I in the hospital though? I sat down in my bed and noticed a tiny blue button on the wall. I decided to press it, and just to my surprise a tiny nurse walked in. She looked like she was about 50, and exactly what grandmothers look like in movies. She smiled at me and I caught myself smiling back at her, just because you simply couldn't resist the urge to smile back at her.

"How are you feeling, dear?" she asked me while checking my vitals.

"I'm okay. A little confused, but I'm okay. What time is it?"

"It's 07:30 pm. Your parents have been here all day, they just left to change clothes and eat something before coming back again"

"Oh okay" I still couldn't remember what had happened to me. It was defenitely something serious if both my parents had been here all day. Wait, all day? When did I even get here then?!

"Umm...excuse me?" The nurse turned her attention back to me, "What exactly happened to me? And how long have I been out?"

"Oh dear, you don't remember what happened? You were hit by a car! A young boy called the ambulance, he was the one who brought you in. He's been sitting in the waiting room since you got here last night. Luckily there was no severe damage to your brain, but you got yourself a broken collarbone, darling"

I looked down, and sure enough my arm was resting on a sling. I looked at the nurse once again,

"A broken collarbone? That can't be! Soccer Season just started!"

"Well you'll just have to wait for next season. Your collarbone was snapped in two, it's going to take a while before it heals"

I felt that knot on my throat that people usually feel when they're trying not to cry. Wait for next season? That was next year! How was I suppose to just sit out for an entire season?! I felt like running away but of course I couldn't. Not only did it hurt when I moved, I also had all kinds of tubes plugged into my veins so it wouldn't be wise to run away like a mad person.

"I'll send your parents to your room once they arrive" said the nurse, interrupting my reckless ideas.

"Okay, thank you. What's your name by the way?"

"Nurse Sarah" She smiled again at me. Sarah. It fitted her small, blonde figure perfectly. Just as she was about to exit the room I remembered the boy who brought me in

"Oh Nurse Sarah!" She turned back around,

"Yes, dear?"

"Is it possible for me to see the boy who brought me in? I'd like to thank him"

"Yes of course, I'll get him straight away"

I sat alone in my very depressing hospital room until I saw him leaning against the doorway. His dark hair was messy and he looked tired. Still gorgeous though. He was wearing a polo with these dark jeans and converse. He smiled at me and pushed his hair backwards before making his way to my bed.

"So you're the mysterious guy who brought me in huh?" He took my hand and kissed it gently. He sat down on this old red chair next to my bed still holding my hand in his.

"Disappointed?"

"Well you could be better looking" I teased him. He chuckled before kissing my hand again

"How are you feeling hayete? You scared me to death. I was on my way to Serena's and just as I turned the corner I saw you getting hit by this grey van. Took right off the bastard, didn't even stop to see if you were alright"
