Edward and Winry After Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

Chapter 2

Me: Edward what are you doing.

Ed: Eating.

Me: Hey that was my cake.

Ed: Well its mine now.

Me: Fine, its fine I’ll get you back, just you wait.

Ed: Oh I’m so scared.

Me: Oh you should be.

Ed: Yeah sure okay.

Recap:

“Yeah but its funny cuz you always go easier on me than any one else when someone calls you short.”

He just looked off to the other direction trying to avoid from looking at me.

I took his leg off and left him to go get a spare that he could wear for the time it takes to fix everything. It wouldn’t take long if I pulled all niters.

I walked back in with the spare.

“Here we go.”

“How long will it take.”

“About three to four days.”

“Oh good.”

“Okay you ready.”

“Yeah.”

I put his leg on. Hearing him in pain makes me feel bad but I know that it hurts a lot more than what he is letting on. It takes a lot I mean this stuff hurts for all the nerves and everything reconnecting to the automail.

“All done.” Looking at him he nodded once.

He laid down and feel asleep. I walked to my room to get started

　

　

　

Winry‘s POV

The next morning I went down stairs to see if Ed was awake. He was.

“Hey, morning Winry.”

“Morning Ed. I fixed your arm last night.”

“Thanx.”

He sat up straight and put on his brave face. I attached his arm back to his body. He had that hurt look on his face again, I couldn’t stand it.

“There you go.”

“Thanx again.”

“No problem.”

“So whats the charge this time.”

“Oh nothing, don’t worry about it.”

“Winry there is always something with you, what is it.”

“Well, okay, once I‘m done with your leg, could you stay for a few more days, and then you can go off and do what ever it is you want to.”

“I will think about it.”

“Alright that’s good enough I guess.”

I walked into the kitchen to get something to drink with Ed right behind me. Granny was standing with a plate of food in her hand.

“Oh kids breakfast is ready.”

“Thanx granny.” Ed and I both said at the same time.

Ed and I both got ourselves a plate and sat down at the table with granny to eat. .As soon as I sat down to eat Den started barking. I got up to go see that it was Alphonse. I ran outside and gave him a hung.

“Hey Al.”

“Hey Winry.”

Ed came walking out as did granny. Everyone said their hello’s and all went back inside. All made himself a plate and sat down next to Ed. We ate in silence. After eating I went upstairs to continue working on Ed’s leg.

Ed’s POV

“Hey Ed where did Winry go.”

“To go work on my leg.”

“Why what did you do to it.”

“Nothing I just grew two inches.”

“So does that mean that you started drinking your milk.”

“No I hate that stuff, and hahaha very funny Al.”

“I know it was.”

“Al.”

“Sorry brother it just came out.”

“Yeah okay I’ll let it go this time, and only this time brother.”

“Okay. So how long have you been here.”

“Got here yesterday.”

“Really.”

“Yeah.”

“How long are you going to stay.”

“I don’t know yet.”

“What so you mean you don’t know yet.”

“Well Winry said that she should be done in about three days but that I have stay a few more days after she is done, but I don’t know yet.”

“You should stay brother.”

“Why do you say that.”

“Because you like her and you know it.”

“Shut up Al.”

“Fine alright.”

“What are you two going on about now.”

“Nothing granny.” We both shouted out at the same time.

“Yeah okay, well let me know if you boys need anything.”

“Will do granny.”

"Okay boys well this old lady needs to go catch a nap."

"Okay granny."

Granny went up stairs to go to go take a nap.  Leaving Al, Edward and Winry alone in the house.
