Why isnt he saying anything. I open my eyes and notice him looking at me amused.
"What?" I ask.
"Nothing... you were chanting for me to say yes in your head weren't you?" He asks clearly amused.
How the hell did he know that?!
"How did you-
"Your eyes were closed and your fingers were crossed." He laughs.
Oh yes, lets just all laugh at Beatie.
I give him a blank stare and he smirks.
"Well it looks like your wish came true, yes, its a date."
I smile at him. "Ok now let me get changed."
He groans, "but beatiieeee! You look fine lets go!"
"The movie wouldn't even start for like another 2 hours. Patience." I say and walk past him.
"Aren't ya ganna help me with the groceries!?" He yells.
"Your the guy in this relationship, you do it!" I say back as i smirk and skip up the stairs to my temporary room.
What to wear on my first date..
I have no best friend to help me so i need to do this on my own i guess.
Wait no i have Ash, he will know what to wear!!
I quickly pick up my phone and dial his number.
"DUDE! I need your help asap! Come to my room at Darrens right now!" I say all in one breath.
"But im with finnick?" He says.
"Yes and im going to have a mental break down if you dont help me!"
Im being a little over dramatic and selfish but he is always with Finnick i think i deserve a little of his time.
"Fine! Ill be there in a minute!"
"Thanks!" I hang up and throw my phone onto my bed while i head to the closet.
A band t-shirt would be fine right? Then my leather jacket or something? It is cold out so i have to dress appropriately for the weather.
What do girls normally wear? Im not wearing a dress.
I hear a knock at my door, that must be Ash!
"Come in!" I yell.
"Ok so spill! Whats wrong!?" I hear him gush as he closes the door behind him.
"Jace asked me out!!!" I cheer.
His eyes widen and a big smile appears. "Finally! He took long enough! Im happy for you! So whens the date?"
"In an hour and a half!" I say happily.
"What!?" He screams.
My smile drops. "Why, is that bad?"
"Yes! You need a lot more time then that to get ready for a date! Make-up, hair, clothes all in that short amount of time? Theres no way!"
"Well i was thinking my face is fine with the amount i have on now, then ill just wet my hair, wear it natural and then i need your help for clothes!" I explain.
He just looks at me for a minute before asking "do you like him?"
"Of course why else would i be going on a date with him?"
