Four Years Later
"Mommy! Daddy! Mommy! Daddy! Wake up!" The twins are both jumping up and down on our bed causing us to jolt awake, Willow sits and giggles in her Elsa pyjamas whereas Chase continues to jump in his Paw Patrol ones, can you guess which is his favourite?
"Guys... it's six o'clock... school doesn't start till eight thirty" I tiredly explain although we've grown to get use to the waking up early routines, sleeping in till eight o'clock seems just like a dream
"But daddy I want to have some pancakes, pleassssse" Willow pouts, I mentally scold myself at how much I bow down to my daughter
"Okay then, you two go downstairs and set everything up" I give in, they cheerfully run off, I hear Katniss snort a laugh from next to me as she stretches
"What?" I ask
"Oh nothing. Willow just has you tied up in a neat bow. She pretty much is the boss of you" she says with amusement in her voice, I smirk and slowly lay her down in our bed, my hand slowly goes up her leg
"Just like her mom. She has some controlling spell on me" I mumble, inches from her lips
"Peeta..." she whimpers but just as my hand starts going up her top, Willow is back upstairs kindly demanding her and her brothers pancakes which causes me to groan as Katniss shoos me out of bed... that was not fair.

"Daddy!" Willow squeals in horror as I flip the pancake high in the air which causes it to splatter in the pan but some of it got on the floor and like always, Baker and Hunter are picking up the evidence before Katniss comes
"Do it again!" Chase cheers causing me to chuckle as his sister kindly protests against him, that's a unique thing about our Willow, she disagrees but in a kind way that you can't be mad at which as a parent is both a good and bad
"No more pancake flipping. I do not want there to be pancake mix on the ceiling" Katniss sternly says walking into the room
"Morning, mommy!" Willow and Chase say at the same time
"Morning my beautiful angles" she smiles, kissing the top of their blonde heads then walks up to me with a sexy smile
"Morning handsome" she greets, leaving a soft kiss
"Mm, morning beautiful" I grin and kissing her, like always were interrupted by giggling, Katniss breaks away with a smile but she knows that I hate it when she does that and so when she turns around to walk away I give her a light slap on that perfect ass of hers.
My life couldn't be better right now, I have two amazing children and the most beautiful wife. Willow and Chase are amazing children and hardly ever fight which as a parent is a blessing, it makes Katniss and I's first time parenting much easier but I wasn't ready for today... the day where Willow and Chase start their first day at school. It's hard to let them grow up and I hate it, I want them to stay our small babies forever but that can't happen and I'm not prepared... at all
"Are you excited to be back at work full time?" I ask Katniss as we sit at the table
"Yes, I actually am. I think it'll be weird spending a full day without having our little tikes around" she smiles kissing Chases cheek
"Daddy?" Willow says
"Yes, princess?"
"You and mommy come with Chase and me?" She asks, looking up at me with hopeful eyes
"We will come with you to take you there but we can't stay. Mommy and daddy have to go to work today but we'll be back to pick you up" I tell her, she continues eating her pancake happily and I smile down at her before kissing the top of her head.

Katniss, the twins and I walk into the classroom but I'm suddenly extremely nervous to leave our children here for the whole day. There's already quite a lot of children here which hopefully makes it easier for Willow and Chase
"Well, this is it" I sigh, I kneel down so I'm face to face with Willow, Katniss does the same with Chase and talks to him
"Now, I want you to be on your best behaviour. Be yourself, princess. I'll be here to pick you two up, okay?" I reassure her, she nods and then throws her arms around me, I hold her tightly against me but eventually I break us away because any longer and I would've walked the other way with the both of them
"Make sure to make some friends. Can you try and do that?" I ask, she nods with her adorable little smile
"I love you, daddy" she says kissing my cheek
"And I love you, my little princess" I chuckle giving her a kiss on the cheek in return, Willow then says goodbye to Katniss while I say goodbye to Chase who was harder to let go to, after Katniss and I greeted their teacher we turned to leave but we hear Willow and Chase both cry which is making it so much harder to go. I'm just glad I met my lady in red.
