Moon hissed at Qibli.
"Get used to me," Qibli said. "You're gonna have to."
"No."
"Kill him now." Qibli glanced at Winter.
"Good... bye... Moon...." The guards snapped his neck, and Winter was dead.
Just like that.
"Nooooooo!!" Moon screamed the worst, saddest scream she could. She fell on to the ground, crying, "how, how how how do you think this would make ne love you? No... Please why..."
Qibli put a wing around her. "Its fine, honey. Learn and live."
That was it.
Simply from 'I have to kill him. NOOOOOW!!' to 'Darling. Its fine.'
I don't even love Qibli. How could this happen?
Moon felt like nothing. She turned around, pounced on Qibli, and have him a giant scratch across the face.
I meant what I said.
"Moon," Winter said, barely alive. "Don't let this ruin... everything... I love you past death, Moon."
Winter went still, now dead for good.
I note appeared in her claws.
