"Woe is me." Tony moaned, as he shuffled the papers around on his desk the stack of files almost as big as his head which was saying something.

"No, woe is ME for having to keep up with this farce." You muttered as you covered Ziva's desk while she was on leave. "Now I know why Ziva wants to shoot you occasionally." You muttered under your breath. Tony gave you a hurt look. Tim entered the bullpen with a round of coffees. "Thanks Tim." You told him sipping the hot drink, which warmed you from the inside out. Tony's eyes danced with amusement and mirth, "No." You directed your pen at him in order to cement your point. "Oh, little Timmy, woe is me." You allowed your head to flop onto your arms with a groan. Gibbs walked in, "Woe will be you in a minute." Tony looked offended and opened his mouth. "Say anything and I will shoot you." You pointed your pen at Tony again. Gibbs smirked and grabbed his gun, "Dead Petty Officer. Gear up."

The three of you left, your desks grabbing your bags heading to the elevator. "Thank god I don't have to finish that paperwork." Tony muttered. "Ah that paperwork still needs to be done by the end of the week, DiNozzo." Gibbs informed the team. "Oh, woe is me." Tony whispered in your ear and you whacked him.

At the end of the case, Tony stared at the mound of paperwork that was stacked upon his desk whereas Ziva's desk which you had been using for the duration of your temporary assignment was clear of any paperwork. "You alright there, Tony?" Ziva asked, she had returned from her leave and was standing beside you in front of the blinding orange walls. "Woe is me." Tony muttered. You rolled your eyes. "Woe is me for dealing with Tony. Good luck Ziva. Bye Tony." You turned and waved before heading to the elevator. Tony grinned at Ziva, "Want to help me finish all this?"

"I'd rather not." Was her amused reply. He grinned at her. "I'll buy you dinner."

"Done."
