Selina Kyle x Girlfriend!Reader

I based this around my weekend, only I went with my friend. This is based on a specific wildlife park because it is one I have been to many times. I wanted to do a nice fluffy one shot rather than a dark and antsy one. Thank you for reading my works and following me it means a lot.  Thank you my lovelies.

You drove up the driveway leading into the wildlife park and found a park, under a tree to shelter the car from getting too hot despite the fact it was only Spring. You both grabbed the bags which held the drinks of water, food and camera for the day spent walking around. Walking towards the entrance to the park, you held hands. You handed over the free day passes and was handed a map. "Where do you want to go first?" You asked, and her eyes lit up, "The Cheetahs." You lead the way to the animals she wanted to see. You lead the way, pulling at her hand when you spotted the African Wild Dogs. "Wow. Their colours are amazing." You muttered as Selina took photographs of them. "I know, the mix of the black, white, grey and orange is beautiful." You both stayed staring the Wild Dogs for few more minutes before heading off to the desired destination. Walking towards the Gorilla habit made you both stop and turn into view the beautiful animals, you looked at the Orangutan. After taking a few photos, Selina pouted beside you, "He looks sad."

"I know, poor guy." You both turned away to view the Gorillas. Selina clicked away for a few minutes. "Wow, he's a Silver Back Gorilla."

"I think they all are." You answered peering at the information on the far wall. Selina sighed lightly before grabbing your hand again and dragging you away. You walked the long gravel pathway towards the Cheetahs. "Is that their enclosure?" She asked pointing to what appeared to be a long runway. "Yes. They do a showcase of the Cheetahs' running." She mouthed, wow. Before pulling you a little faster. "Wow!" Selina squealed as she saw the pacing animal. The gold in their fur standing out in the bright sun. She clicked away at the animal as they walked along. She followed the fence and saw another sleeping on top of a hut, clicking a few more. She spied another hiding behind a small collection of rocks. You watched her giggling slightly as she danced with happiness. "Want to see the rest of the park?" She nodded, and you dragged her along. You showed her the Water Buffalo, the Rhinos, she clicked photos of each animal. You showed her the Giraffes. Her smile growing bigger with each animal. You watched the Lions being fed, watching as they growled at the keepers and each other. You spent a short period of time with the Kiwi, admiring the way it forged for food. You also spent a while with the Keas, admiring the colouring of the alpine birds. Walking back the way you had come you went to the café to have an ice cream and share some fries with salty cold kisses. You admired the Meerkats, on your way back to the cheetahs to see them being feed, on your way, the pair watched as the Gorillas' were fed.

Arriving at the Cheetahs' there were few other people, Selina's eyes lit up as she watched the majestic way in which they moved. "I want one." You laughed at the childish way she pronounced it. You walked back towards the exit, exhausted but pleased with the day. You entered the gift shop and Selina's phone rang, she motioned you would wait outside while you looked around. You picked up a small soft cheetah cub soft toy. You moved to the counter and bought the gift. You hid it in your pocket as you neared your girlfriend. "We have a job and a plane to catch." You nodded and trekked to the car, holding her hand. You both got in. "I have something for you." Handing over the cheetah toy, "Your very own cheetah." Selina laughed and kissed your cheek. "I love her, I shall call her Cleopatra." You grinned at the name choice. "Let's catch that flight." Selina drove off at a terrifying speed, the three of you safely buckled up.
