The moment Ashley left the suit store, she feared for Alonzo. The statement about him not having spoken a single word to Marshall stuck in her head. She'd given him the look for him to play nice, but there had only ever been one occasion when he'd listened to any threat she had ever made. Which was a very long time ago and he had probably forgotten. She couldn't help but wonder what ridiculous questions Marshall was asking him.

''Miss Jackson.''

''Tom, why are you here?'' Tom was one of Marshall's bodyguards. He had two for when they went out together, Tom and (ironically)Jerry; which had caused a lot of jokes in the beginning.

''Over fifteen years and you still can't remember that when you go off on your own, I go with you,'' Ashley sighed, damn him and his crazy protectiveness.

''Well Kim's gonna be picking me up. I don't think she'll want you in her car,'' Ashely pointed out, although glancing down at her watch she became a little anxious as the blonde still hadn't arrived yet.

''Kim isn't picking you up,'' Ashley's brow furrowed as she looked up a Tom in confusion.

''Whaa,'' a car stopping in front of her with the window rolled down, cut her off.

''Sup Ash,'' the man in the front greeted her, holding a peace sign up, his hand hanging lopsided out of the car.

''Nate,'' Ash started looking at him as if an alien had fallen out of space and consumed the car that Marshall's little brother was currently sat in, ''why on earth are you taking me dress shopping?'' she questioned moving to get in the passenger side, ''oh and did your mother ever tell you when picking a woman up, park by the curb.''

''Not even the foster one,'' Nate replied shrugging his shoulders, unlocking the back doors so Tom could get in.

''Feel sorry for your girlfriend,'' Ashley mumbled clicking her seatbelt in.

''You should,'' Nate replied, causing Ash to shake her head a hint of a smile gracing her lips.

''Just drive and answer my question, why you picking me up to go dress shopping, cause Kim said she was?''

''Yeah then Talia didn't want to be left alone with Hailie, Alania and Whitney,'' Ashley frowned, that didn't make any sense, Taila liked the girls. Well, at least she thought she did.

''Huh,'' she didn't exactly know what to say to the statement.

''Whitney was complaining about the dress or something, Tai's in a bit of a mess or some shit. Kim wasn't very detailed in the explanation,'' Nate explained. Ashley shook her head in worried understanding.

As the wedding dress boutique came into view, Ashley started to get anxious. If Talia wasn't in a good place, then it affected every else.

''What's up, you going pretty pale there Ash,'' Nate looked worriedly over at her, just after they had exited the car.

''I'm fine, just preparing myself for the carnage I'm gonna be walking into,'' it may have seemed as if Ashley was over exaggerating the situation, but if you were to walk into the boutique, then you would want to have walked straight out.

Kim had a sour look on her face while as far as Ash could see telling a very stubborn fourteen-year-old Whitney off. While Talia was stood in front of a mirror looking at herself in the cream floor length wedding dress. Hailie and Alania stood just next to her in light peach coloured dresses, they both looked lovely.

''What is going on?'' She questioned, it more directed at Kim and Whitney more than anyone else.

''Ashley,'' Whitney's face lit up running over to give the woman a hug.
