So, there's a person on this site who I blocked last week sometime because they left really really rude comments on my random book + one of my two Starker fics, and tried passing it off as constructive criticism. Well, today, my friend jackskellingtonrulz5 woke up to the same person leaving some pretty rude comments on her Loki fic. Mind you, the summary for the fic doesn't leave much to doubt that Loki is gonna be falling in love with a mortal, and these are just a few of the comments that the person left on her book.
Loki has a thought that the OC, Sawyer, is beautiful
"Of course she's beautiful right away *rolls eyes*"After Loki and Sawyer have talked a bit and Sawyer has to be going
"Oh god"
"It's gonna be a stereotypical, they fall in love at first site, isn't it?"At the end of the chapter:
"Vomits from all the softness."Like, you don't have to read a book if you don't like it? Do you have to be rude about the fact that you don't like a certain book. If you don't like it, how hard is it to click out of the book and just ignore it? Shouldn't be that hard, should it?
Mind you, this person also basically acted like I shouldn't write a Clint, Scott Lang, or Starker fan fic just because they didn't like any of those things. So god forbid we write something we enjoy!
You literally could write the most cliche book in the fucking world, throw every cliche out there possible into one book, and as long as it makes you happy, who gives ten fucks about what other people think? You write whatever you want, and if other people don't like it, who cares. Don't let the haters get you down.
