I jolted up to see we were still in the car driving

"You okay?" I paused before nodding

"Amina?" I heard aunt V say sadly

She reached over wiping my tear

I chuckled "Sorry. I didn't know I was crying." I wiped my face sitting up to look out the window

It was dark and the lights from buildings were on

Everything looked so beautiful

I watched as the buildings turned into mountains

I stared out the window thinking of Mason

It's been a week

Maybe I'm overreacting but I miss him

I miss Melissa

I sighed thinking of the last moments I had with them

I smiled remembering Mason's face when Melissa and I scared him

I know I'll see them soon but right now I have to help my Aunt and when I'm done with that... I'll come back... I promise.

Mason's P.O.V.

I yelled in frustration punching the wall

"Bro calm down." Melissa said pulling my hand back to my seat

"Stop thinking about that. This, " she said pointing to the stack of papers on my desk "This is what we need to do."

"But-" she shook her head "I will deal with that. You deal with this."

I sighed grabbing the first piece of paper

"These are the members of the pack that we rescued last week. They were the only ones left after the attack." I nodded looking over them

"I want to talk to them first." She nodded walking outside before the first family came in

Can someone really miss a person this much? I thought

I smiled as Amina laughed hiding behind the wall

I heard whispering and laughter "Areypu guys cheating?!" I yelled

"Duhhh!" They yelled back before they suddenly jumped out in front of me shooting me

I raised an eyebrow as both of them ran out of water in their water guns

They both looked at each other before looking back at me

"Heeeyyyy Mason-" Amina tried but I had already ran straight for the bucket

"Run!!" Melissa and Amina yelled going their separate ways

I laughed as I thought of plan

As time passed I watched as they slowly came out of their hiding spots wondering where I was

"Maybe he gave up?" Amina wondered

Melissa shrugged "I'm kinda hungry."

Amina smiled her beautiful smile "I'm always down for food. Except seafood."

Melissa laughed "you're allergic." They laughed walking towards the house

They gasped as I dumped the bucket of water on them from the roof "What the fuck?!" Melissa yelled

"Mason!!" Amina yelled looking up

I laughed holding my stomach

I could Amina was trying not to be laugh when her lip twitched and she looked away

I climbed down still in a laughing fit as I saw melissa's face

Suddenly Amina burst into laughter "Your face!" She laughed

Melissa soon joined our fit of laughter

"This feels amazing." Amina groaned as I blow dried her hair while massaging her scalp

She had been in the bathroom for hours after her shower since she had to wash her hair

She was almost done blow drying her curls when I offered to do the rest

I know she gets headaches after doing her hair so I decided to massage her scalp

After I finished we laid together on the couch watching Bob's burgers

I couldn't help but stare at her as she smiled at the show

I love this woman

She turned catching me staring "What?" She asked touching her face as if she had something on it

"Come here." I said opening my arms

She smiled giving me a kiss before crawling up and laying her head on my chest

I held her tight
