*Third person POV*
Everything was good, well, getting better. Cas had healed Adam but he couldn't erase the memories of his time spent in the cage. So he had nightmares. Only this time, he had his big sister to protect him.
Sam, Dean and Sarah trained Adam so that when and if he was ever alone, he could protect himself.
Sam and Dean figured a way to drain the demon blood out of Sarah's system. They locked her in a panic room after a lot of argument.
It was difficult to look at her like that, but they had no other choice. It took time, but it worked.
Things were back to normal. At least as normal as it could get for a Winchester.
