Likar carries Margaret to the Pet Human Museum. Margaret holds onto them tightly, looking around nervously. "It's okay Margaret. You're going to eat lunch now," Likar gently explains to her, still petting her.

    "Okay, lunch," Margaret says timidly.

Likar carefully hands Margaret to the Pet Human Watcher when they arrive at the Pet Human Section of the Nividian Museum.

"Hi! What's your name?" The new alien asks Margaret.

Margaret stares at them, confused. "Lunch?" She asks.

"Say Margaret, sweetie," Likar tells the human.

    "Quigor come?" Margaret asks.

"Your name is Margaret. I like that name. Come eat lunch, Margaret," the Pet Watcher says. "You can go greet the guests, Likar. I can handle her," they tell Likar.

"Okay. Goodbye, Margaret," Likar says, leaving the room.

    "Lunch?" Margaret asks.

"Yes, Margaret, lunch. I like you. You're a smart girl," the kind Pet Watcher says while carrying Margaret over to a human sized table and chairs with two other humans eating by it.

Margaret asks the other humans what their names are, but they don't answer because they don't speak English.

The pets are eating fish and carrots. Margaret is fed shortly after she is seated. Another Pet Watcher arrives to watch the three humans. The pets are drinking chocolate milk with their food. They are served brownies for dessert.

They are picked up and carried to the bathroom after lunch. Margaret has a really hard time with this and starts crying.

She is carried to the first exhibit room afterward. It is designed like a Nividian kitchen, only to scale for humans so they can reach everything. The appliances are toys and there are no forcefields by the food shelves. There is lots of toy Nividian and pet human food to play with. There are also toy ingredients for making meals. Margaret looks around, amazed.

"Go play Margaret," the Pet Watcher says, carefully setting her down. The two other pets are also led into the exhibit with Margaret. The two Nividians stay in the room with the pets to watch them. There is a forcefield preventing any humans from leaving the exhibit. (Nividian forcefield are specially designed so that they don't use too much energy. Nividian scientists discovered how to do this over a hundred years ago.)

The pets play happily. Margaret is very interested in in the toy oven and food shelves. She happily makes toy cookies. The other humans make a toy cake.

The pet humans stay in this exhibit playing happily for fifteen minutes before being carefully picked up and carried to the next exhibit.

The exhibit is a room with giant flowers and toy animals from Nividar in a safe reproduction of the animals in their habitat.

Margaret picks up each toy animal and carefully examines it. They all look so different from anything she has ever seen on Earth. There are baby toy animals too. There are even newborn toy animals which fit inside the mother toy animals.

Margaret plays happily with a nest of fuzzy soft toy animals and their babies until one of the aliens gently picks her up and holds her, very carefully removing the toys from her hands. "You really liked this one, didn't you Margaret?" They ask her kindly, petting her sofly.

Margaret doesn't understand the question, but she smiles up at the alien holding her happily.

The other pets are carefully picked up and they move on to the next exhibit, which is a replica of a Nividian starship.
