"You know which of your creatures was responsible, Mr. Scamander?" A woman said. Newt stuttered before giving her an answer.

"No creature did this," he told them. "Don't pretent. You must know what that was. Look at the marks," he said, pointing at the image's face. Newt took a step back, placing a hand on his mouth, as if he didn't dare to reveal the truth. Newt gave Lily a look, and she barely, very subtly, nodded at him. She wanted him to say it. "This was an obscurus," he finally revealed. Everyone gasped.

Tina stared right at Lily, almost like she was blaming her. Lily didnt understand. Did Tina know about her? Why did she think Lily would ever kill someone, they had been friends for months now.

Another person that was staring at Lily was Graves, and it only confirmed Lily's suspicions. He knew about her. He had access to her files, do he probably read them and figured it out. She was terrified of one of them telling the President that she was actually an Obscurial, just like the one who had killed this man.

"You go too far, Mr. Scamander," the President countered.

"No he's right," Lily barged in. She had to make things right. "There hadn't been any casualties before, but now it's clear. This was an Obscurus." Peole started to whisper and talk again. Many saying how America wasn't safe anymore, other saying that Newt and Lily were going crazy.

"You are wrong," the President said. Lily frowned. She called her to America to find what had been causing disturbances, and now that she has found it, the president had chosen to ignore it. "There is no Obscutial in America." The voices quieted down. "Impoind that case, Graves."

And Newt's case went flying form his hand to Grave's feet.

"Wait no," Newt tried. "Give that back."

"Arrest them," the President said. Graves flicked his wrist and the four of them were on the ground, their hands tied behind their backs.

"Don't hurt those creatures," Newt said, talking directly to Graves. "Please, you don't understand. Nothing in there is dangerous. Nothing."

"We'll be the judges of that," the President spoke. "Take them to the cells."

"Don't hurt those creatures, nothing in there is dangerous!" Newt yelled as they were being pulled out of the room. "Please don't hurt my creatures. They aren't dangerous. Please! They're not dangerous!"

And just like that, Newt's case had been left with the person Lily trusted the least in the world.
