Leia = Lay - Ah
Ariana's POV:
I scrunch my eyes from the light hitting them.
"Who opened the curtains ?" I groan
"I did Mom" I hear my son say. I open an eye to see him carrying Leia as they both plop on my empty bed.
"Where's your dad ?" I ask sitting up and twisting my hair into a bun
"Gym. Did you forget what today is ?" He says making me confused. I pull Leia into my lap and smooth out her morning hair.
"Maybe ? Enlighten me my dear son" I joke making him laugh
"You said Aunt Lexie is coming over with Brenna so you guys can drink and help the girls bake cookies" He runs a hand though his hair and continues. "Me, Dad and Trey are watching basketball in the movie room so make sure not to forget he's over and that he's spending the night .... oh! and make sure to hit us with some of those cookies please ... but not ones Leia and Brenna touch" he says nervously
"Hey ! That's rude !" Leia says upset "Right mama ?"
"Yea baby" I laugh "but don't worry we'll make you special cookies no one else can have" I say tricking her
"Haaa haaa" She tries to say to her brother
My phone rings on my side table and Ash grabs it.
"Dads FaceTiming"
I answer and put all the kids in frame.
"Hi dadda" "hey dad" the kids say
"Good morning baby" I smile
"Hey guysss, I have some coffee for Mama and some frappes for my babies"
"Daddd I'm not a baby" Asher whines
"Sooooo, you don't want the frappe ?" He teases
"I do!" He says scared he wouldn't get it making Ricky and I laugh
"Alright, so you're on the way home then ?" I ask
"Yep" he says as I hear his car door open and see him getting in "I'll be there soon, getting on the free way. Love you guys"
"Love you" I say
"Love oo" says Lay
"Love ya dad" from Asher
"Bye" I say ending it
"Did you guys eat?"
"Ya mommy" Leia says pointing at her mouth
"What ? no we didn't crazy" Asher says calling her out
"Okay well, do you guys want me to make you something?"
"Yeah can you make a fruit salad ?" Asher asks
"Sure I can do that, then I'm hopping in the shower"
Asher chases Leia around the house as I chop grapes, kiwi, and apples putting them in a bowl with some cranberry seeds. I think I'm gonna give Leia some apple sauce, she might choke on the seeds.
"You know I was thinking about us getting a new puppy" I say nonchalantly
"Really mom?!" Asher says excited making Leia get excited
"Maybe, we'll see"
"If we do, could I pick the name?" He asks eagerly as he sits down to eat. Leia following her big brother.
