Rinmaru's P.O.V.
Today was the day i graduated from the academy.
"Rin are you awake?" I heard my moms voice
"Hai" i replied opening my door ready for the day.
"Oh my lil rinny grows up way to fast" my mom says grabbing me into a tight hug
I hug her back a little bit just so she wont get mad.
"Theres my two favorite girls" my dad says joining the hug.
"Are you ready to gradute today?" He asks once the hug breaks.
"Hai, i am a little nervous though" i said truthfully.
"Of course you are, youre still a child.... oh my first baby going out into the real world already..."my mom says dramatically
"Mom im 8... i can handle myself." I said
" oh i know you can" she says sighing
"Come on you two,we don't want rin late today." My dad says walking to the dining room with us.
We all eat in silence, i could tell both my parents were scared.
"Ok im off now" i say getting up and putting my shoes on.
"Onee-chan" i hear a small voice say before little arms wrap around me.
"Shikamaru" i say grabbing him and holding him up.
"Where is onee-chan going" he asks
" im going to school, ill be back later"i tell him putting him down and kissing his forehead.
"Oki..." he says sadly
I smile at my family leave for the academy.
Once i get to my classroom i sit down in my seat and wait.
"Ah gooding morning Nara-chan" i look up to see Itachi uchiha
"Morning uchiha-sama" i say nodding at him
He looks at me and smiles,i chuckle.
"Sit down weasel" i say while rolling my eyes.
"Hai hai" he takes his seat beside me
"Are you ready?" He asks me
"Ready as ill ever be"i say
"Same" he says
"Sensei is taking forever" i say sighing
"Probably because of..." itachi starts but then is cut off by the door slamming open
"That is it... i am so glad this is your last day..." sensei said
Itachi looks like he just wants to disappear.
We listen to our sensei talk about how our future might go.
Itachis P.O.V.
I sat there beside rin wishing this long and unnecessary talk that our sensei was giving us.
I looked over at rin and just watched her as she listened to sensei.
"Itachi!" Rin said waving her hand infront of me
"Uh what?"i said snapping out of it.
"Were starting our written exam" rin said
"Oh ok" i said grabbing my pencil
' oh my kami.... rin caught me staring at her... she probably thinks im weird now. Forget it, i have to focus on the exam, i think to myself.
All the tests go by and we reach the last test... the only test that really matters.
Many names were called and most came back into the classroom with a headband.
"Itachi uchiha" i stood up and started walking to the door.
"Good luck weasel" i heard rin shout
I look back at her and give a famous uchiha smirk.
Rins P.O.V.
I rolled my eyes after seeing that weasels stupid smirk.
'Hes rather odd' i thought to myself
After awhile he came back into the class wearing his headband.
He came and sat down next to me looking smug.
"Shut it uchiha" i said
He looked confused
"I didnt say anything" he says
"Hmmm you didnt need to" i say
He was about to say something but my name was called
"Well ill see you in awhile" i say going to take my test
"Good luck" i hear itachi say
"Dont need it" i say as i close the door behind me.
I walk into the room and look at my sensei and another man thats sitting beside him.
"Alright Nara-chan please make 3 clones" my sensei says
"Hai" i say before making 3 shadow clones
"Those are shadow clones!" The man says suprised from beside sensei.
"Im sorry was i suppose to only make regular clones?" I ask
"Its quite alright Nara-chan" my sensei says
"Its just a suprise to see someone so young be able to make 3 solid shadow clones so easily" the man says now holding out my headband.
"Congrats Nara-chan" my sensei says with a small smile
"Thank you sensei" i say with a small smile back before bowing and going back to the classroom.
As the rest of the kids go in, itachi and I talk about random things like how he and I are some day going to lead our clans.
"Im not sure im cut out for it" i say truthfully
"Whys that?" Itachi asks
"Its alot of work, and im not one for socialising with people much less dealing with people that expect alot of one person" i say
"I feel the same..." itachi says
"Alright young ones" our sensei says walking in causing itachis and i's conversation to end.
"I want to congratulate all of you for passing ..." he starts.
Itachi and i share a look knowing this is gojng to be very long.
