Chapter 12- More Lies to Cover Up the Truth

*Marinette's POV*

We all sat in silence. I had no idea what to say but I had to lie quickly.

"Training" I said softly

"What do you mean by training?" Ivan asked

"When we were younger we would get hit by bullies at our school and when our parents found out they were gonna make us switch schools but we didn't want to. Instead we wanted to show them that we were gonna be stronger than them. We had to train and train and train to get stronger and that's why we have the scars. We don't have to train anymore but it became such a habit that it's fun and it keeps us fit at the same time. Sorry but we aren't we gonna stop" I lied

Everyone stayed slient.

"Wow" Mylene said

"Just be careful" Adrien spoke softly

"We will, promise" I said

"What about the guns and dressing up?" Rose asked

"Uhh that's kinda hard to explain" I said

"Well try" Alya said

"Basically we are really famous here and we finally came back after all these years so we dressed up and had our guns to be safe" I explained trying to find the right words.

"What!?! There is no way that YOU are famous!!" Chloe yelled

"We are" Nino said smugly know exactly how famous we are.

"Yeah right" Chloe said and went back to tanning.

"Ok enough of this talking shit, I'm putting on music" Nino said and swam to the steps then blasted music.

"Yeah lets get this party started!" Alix yelled

I got off the pizza and motioned for eveyone to follow. I detatched Chloes slice from the rest of the pizza float and placed my hands underneath it. Everyone saw where I was going and they all copied me. We all lifted her float up and flipped it over. We all burst out laughing and high-fived each other.

"Ahhh what the hell!! Now I'm all wet you dumbasses.....besides you Adrikins" Chloe screeched.

(Guys I'm sorry for putting that word there. I didn't even realize it was considered a slur and I just saw the comments pointing it out. I'm sorry for making you uncomfortable.)

"No nope nada, he's MINE so back the fuck off!!!" I yelled at Chloe

"Go gurl!!" Alya cheered

"Awww Mari's possesive" Rose gushed

"He will come to me!!" Chloe yelled back at me

"Yeah only to tell you to stay the FUCK AWAY from him!!" I yelled

"He loves me not you!!"

"I love Marinette, Chloe" Adrien said annoyed

"See!!" I yelled

"B-but Adrikins we are meant to be!!" Chloe stuttered

"Actually me and Mari are meant to be...literally" he said and only I understood what he meant.

"Hmph" Chloe said and walked towards the edge of the pool and I smirked evilly.

I went behind Chloe, ready to throw her out of the pool and down the cliff that was on one side of the pool. I was right behind her, with my arms ready to grab her when I was yanked under water. I looked behind me and saw Nino.

"Asshole!!" I screamed under water and punched him in the shoulder and he groaned in pain.

"You bitch!!" he yelled

"Thank you!! I know!!" I yelled back laughing

We ran out of breath and came up to the surface. Everyone was staring at us in amusement which was me laughing and Nino holding his shoulder.

"You piece of shit" Nino grumbled while I laughed and pushed me.

"Oh come on! You love me!" I teased

"No I really don't"

"Oh right you LOVE ALYA" I said shouting the last part so everyone heard, "You just like me"

"I hate you!" he yelled at me annoyed

"Omg Alya he said he loves me!!" I tattled while pointing a finger at Nino and Alya laughed.

"How dare you Nino I thought we had something!!" Alya said dramatically while holding the back of her hand to her head and fake fainting while Juleka caught her.

"Yeah man that's not cool" Kim said trying to hold back a laugh.

"Ugh I hate you all!!" Nino yelled in annoyance

We all gasped, "You're supposed to love only Alya!! Not us!!" we all yelled and fake fainted under water and heard Nino laughing.

We all rose just in time for 'Taki Taki' to come on. All the girls screamed and we all swam out of the water, besides Chloe and poor Sabrina. All the guys were standing in the pool watching us confused.

(The first dance is all them. Sadly I couldn't find one with the whole song to dance to that was good)

When the song ended we faced back to the guys who were now leaning up against the edge of the pool with jaws dropped.

"What?" we all asked

"That was awesome!" they yelled then started clapping and cheering.

"When we're done swimming we can go have a dance battle upstairs in the studio" I said

"You have a dance studio!?!" everyone yelled

"Uh yeah why wouldn't I? I love to dance"

"Well then lets go!!!" Alix and Alya yelled

We all went back inside to go shower and change.....
