Chapter 65- Hope

*Marinette's POV*

As Nino stitched my cuts, I started feeling really lightheaded. I didn't know if it was from all the panic or from blood loss, maybe both, but I could tell that I wasn't okay.

My class barely noticed my weak and vulnerable state as they kept rambling on about the events that just took place behind their backs. Everyone's shock died down and that's when everyone started panicking at the fact they almost died. It was hard for everyone to believe it, but there was proof of it all happening.

Adrien was still holding my hand as he talked along with the class. He was too sweet. I really can't wait to marry him, I mean it's no rush, but still. I love him so much and all I want to do is just stay in his arms, cuddle, and make out. Is that too much to ask?

I inwardly cringed as Nino pulled a bullet out of me.

Yes. Yes it is too much to ask because I'm royalty. Whoop de fucking do.

I clenched my jaw, trying my hardest not to pass out knowing that there could be a chance that I wouldn't wake up.

No. I shook that thought away as soon as it came.

I felt my body become weaker with each second passing and I could tell Nino sensed I was going to pass out.

"Keep your eyes open Marinette" he whispered in my ear, his voice being stern as he knew my life was possibly in danger.

I'm trying. I've been trying since I was fighting my stupid ass of a cousin.

I blinked roughly, trying to force the faded black dots out of my way. But they got brighter. I kept my breathing steady as I tried my hardest to focus on my surroundings.

It wasn't working.

I didn't dare to speak. I'm a stubborn asshole, I don't ask for help or tell people what's wrong with me because I don't want them to worry. I can handle it on my own. I felt my eyes get heavier and I bit my lip.

I'm gonna pass out.

There was no stopping it. I knew I was gonna pass out, I mean I'm surprised I haven't already. My head got heavier and heavier as my vision turned from scattered black dots to a staticky TV signal.

I'm sorry.

I lost all my strength and felt my head sway to the side, my body crumbling.

"Shit. Marinette!" Nino exclaimed from behind me, his voice fading out as my body went limp and I passed out.

*No One's POV*

"Shit. Marinette!" Nino exclaimed as the girl in front of him passed out.

His exclamation was all it took for everyone to pause their conversations and turn towards him and the passed out girl.

"Princess!" Adrien exclaimed and rushed to his knees, bending over to hold his girlfriend.

"Marinette!" The class exclaimed and crowded around her.

"Emilie can you get the rest of the medical stuff set up in a room? She's needs to be hooked up now." Nino asked but was actually ordering her to do so.

"Yeah" she said and hopped out of her seat, rushing to get supplies.

"Some of you guys go help her." Nino ordered his class and their parents as he continued to stitch his 'sister' up.

"She's gonna be okay right?" Adrien asked worriedly, gripping into his future wife's hand as the class and most of the parents all darted off to help Emilie.
