We get home from the park and pick up Rae from my moms

I didnt tell anyone I was proposing so it's going to be a surprise. Me and Kayleigh are just going to wait till they see the ring and find out themselves

I knock on the door and my mom opens letting us in

"Rae just woke up and asked for you guys she's full of energy good luck getting her to sleep tonight"

Oh fun I LOOOOVE when Rae is energetic at night it's the best. Note the sarcasm

"DADDY KAYLEIGH" Rae runs downstairs

Yup she is definitely not going to sleep tonight

She jumps into Kayleigh's arms

"Hi Kay Kay did you have fun"

"I did, did you"

"Soooooooo much fun grandma made me some actual good food. It wasn't your cooking but it was still good. We also watched a movie and ate popcorn I almost didn't want to leave. But then I wanted daddy so I started to cry but I'm okay now."

"So you had a busy night"

"Yup But now I think I'm getting tired again" Rae yawns and reaches out for me

Kayleigh hands her to me and she puts her head on my shoulder falling asleep

YES!!! when Rae falls asleep on me I know she won't wake up

"Thank you for watching her" I tell my mom

"Of course she's the funniest person. Where did you guys go"

"A park"

"Just a park"

"Well it's a little more than just a park"

"Okay? Anyways I'll let you guys go Rae needs to sleep"

"Thank you again"

We leave and Rae is still asleep

This child is the most energetic person on earth. One bump and she'll wake up. I don't get how she does it. It could be 2 A.M and I could walk out of my room to go to the bathroom and I'll hear the quietest voice saying "daddy" and she's just standing there wide awake

We get home and I carry Rae into her bed

When I get back in my room Kayleigh is on her side staring at and playing around with the ring with a beautiful smile

"Like it" I ask laying in bed next to her putting my arm around her

"Yeah I do. I can't wait to marry you" she smiles moving around to be on her back, facing me

"I can imagine it now"

"Me too. You standing looking all sexy at the alter then Rae walking down the aisle throwing rose petals. But not red roses that's too cheesy lilac rose petals they can be dyed I don't care either way. Then I walk down with my grandfather, we lock eyes and I start to cry. But I get to the alter and you wipe away my tears... I hold Rae and she giggles seeing everyone looking at her. I kiss her cheek and we say our vows. Then I am your wife and her mom and life is then complete" she looks at the ceiling admiringly

"You're beautiful" I whisper and gently move her face to me

I stroke her cheek with my thumb and kiss her

"I love you" she whispers back

"I love you more"
