Raegan's POV

I was woken up by an elbow to the face. I groaned as everything started hitting me at once. The throbbing achiness of my head, the cotton mouth, and the nauseous feeling in my stomach hit me like I had ran into a brick wall at full speed. I slowly opened my eyes to the tall ceiling of the master suite room. I turned my head to see the owner of the elbow to my face beside me. Ashton was still sound asleep, unaware of his elbow mishap.

I continued laying there, not sure what to do. Everyone must still be asleep because it was way too quiet. I tried thinking back to last night but everything was a blur.

Feeling like I needed to go to the bathroom, I rolled out of the bed, flinging the covers off of me, only to feel a warm squishy body on the floor as I attempted to stand up.

"Ompf." Luke groaned as I quickly lifted my weight from his half naked body. He was only in his boxers.

"Oh Luke," I said, feeling awful for stepping on him. "I'm so sorry. I didn't know you were down there."

"I don't even know how or why I'm down here." Luke rolled onto his hands, coming to his knees to sit up. "I'm so sore. Where are my jeans and shirt?" He looked around confused as he sat there in his boxers. "Why are you wearing Ashton's shirt?"

I look down at my own body to notice the button up pink shirt and cheeky underwear covering my body. "Umm, I guess something happened to my dress." Feeling slightly exposed, I quickly dash into the bathroom, looking for a towel to help cover up until I could find my bag of new clothes. I go to turn around from closing the door to seeing a fully cloth, stirring Calum in the oversized jetted bathtub, stretching his arms up above his head.

The nauseous wave whipping itself in me reached its peak and I jumped for the toilet, releasing my stomach contents into bowl. I felt a pair of hands pull my hair back as  I continued to the point of dry heaving causing my stomach to cramp.

"You're okay," I recognized the voice as Calum's. "Damn that's a big rock though."

"Rock?" I questioned. "What rock?"

"The massive diamond on your left hand." He pointed and I look over to my left hand I was tightly gripping on the toilet seat.

"Ah, fuck." I mumbled releasing the toilet from my grip and falling to the floor beside it. "I don't remember anything."

"Ashton!?" Calum called out and the bathroom door opened revealing Ashton standing in his boxers in the door way. A still half naked Luke and Michael appeared at his shoulder. "What the fuck happened, mate?"

"I couldn't tell you because I don't remember much after it hit midnight" Ashton shrugged and the two others behind nodded as they agreed. "We should find you some pants." He directed at me as I pulled myself to my feet.

"Fuck finding pants now, we need to find answers," I said showing off the diamond to him. "I married someone last night and I don't know who."

"You two married each other." Michael laughed pointed from me to Ashton. "He has a ban on his finger. What a way to ring in the new year." Ashton examined the silver ring, twisting it on and off his finger.

"This is no laughing matter, Michael." Calum said seriously. "None of us really remember anything. Do you know how dangerous that is? The damage we could have caused?"

"Calum's right," Luke said. "If they got married, could you imagine what all else has happened? We need to start piecing things together, starting with their eloping. Is it legit?"

"Let's get around and cleaned up, have breakfast and then get to work on this stuff. Deal?" Ashton said running his fingers through his loose curls. "I need a moment to process."

As everyone slowly left the bathroom, I continued standing there, staring at the rock on my hand until it was only me and Ashton left. I wasn't sure what to say to him because I was in shock. What words could even be said when something like this happens?

"Raegan," Ashton said closing the distance between us. "We'll get things figured out. Do you want me to run you a bath?"

"I kind of just want to lay back down." I said and then looped his arm around my waist as he helped me back to the bed. I crawled in and pulled the covers over my body. "The last thing I really remember is dancing with you and then those shots must have started kicking in. Everything from then on is a blur."

"I remember the clock striking midnight and everyone cheering. I was beyond drunk but I wasn't blacked out yet." Ashton took a seat on the edge of the bed. "We kissed at midnight."

I looked up to him and he was smiling. "I wish I could remember it. Was I happy?" I asked him lost in confusion.

"You couldn't stop smiling. So I would say yes." He reached over and pushed my hair off of my face. "I remember the initial kiss at midnight and then after we kissed the first time, you pulled me back in for a second one. I believe the proper term to describe all of it is magical."

"And now were married." I chuckled looking at the humorous end of it all. "Rushed it a bit didn't we? I didn't even know you liked me like that."

"I do." He let out a small laugh. "I wasn't sure if you liked me like that, though. Normally I would think you did, but the kiss was the very intoxicated version of you."

"I like you Ashton." I whispered. "The alcohol just gave me the courage to pull you in that second time. The feelings have been there for a while."
