"Your smile is so big here, kitang-kita talaga kung ga'no ka-deep yung dimples mo" Erica commented while looking at her phone. "...I feel like it's deeper pa sa Pacific Ocean"
Tumingin naman ako and I saw her looking at Juan and I's picture kanina sa church.
"Sira.." Sabi ko sa kanya at tumawa. Erica and I are on our way na sa Smart Araneta and ang sabi ko kay Juan na 2pm kami dadating ay naging almost 3 na.
Tumambay muna kasi kami sa bahay nila Erica tas sa daming chika at kwentuhan namin ay we didn't notice na lagpas na pala 2PM kaya agad naman kami umalis using their car.
Tsaka we stopped din muna sa bahay namin because nagchange ako ng clothes. I was wearing a black spaghetti top and a high waist jeans tapos nag UP Maroon Jacket na lamang ako. While si Erica naman ay, nag UP shirt and naka tuck in ito sa highwaist din niyang jeans.
"Alam mo you and Juan are super bagay. Y'all look like a powerful couple like ang gaganda at ang gu-gwapo ninyo talaga.." Erica exclaimed.
"Grabe naman. Hindi naman ako naniniwala. I'm way out of his league." Sabi ko sa kanya .
"Mukha mo, way out of his league." Irap ni Erica sakin and binigyan ko siya ng tingin.
"It's true! He may want to befriend with me pero alam kong hanggang dun na lang yun. His types are of course mga magaganda, sikat, athletes maybe... and I'm not that type."
"Alam mo... Gusto kitang sapakin pero hindi pwede because I'm driving. Alam mo naman na maganda like do you want me to open your dms, message requests and direct messages??? Andaming nagkakandarapa sayo and you didn't even bother to open their messages kahit isa.."
It's true. Marami akong mga messages sa mga social medias which I didn't open unless if friends kami or kaya from my family. And marami nga sa kanila nagfo-flood din because it's either of their repeated 'Hi' or 'Hello' or kaya them begging me to notice them.
And isa na dun ay si Arvin Tolentino, a basketball player from FEU. Thrice na siyang nagmessage sakin sa Instagram and before pa nagstart yung Season 81 nun pero I didn't reply him talaga.
There was a reason why I didn't reply to him kasi, whenever a stranger messaged me, inistalk ko muna talaga and when I stalked Arvin Tolentino, there were pictures of him and his girlfriend which was worse kasi why would he messaged me diba.
And kahit may girlfriend man siya or wala, hindi ko pa rin naman siya rereplyan. Wala talaga akong plano magreply sa kanya because first impression ko pa lamang sa kanya when I saw his name, I got no vibe towards him and parang may something talaga na mali.
Then not until I knew and met Juan. Ewan ko pero bias na kung sa bias, he's the person that I really only like. And until now, hindi pa rin nawawala yung nararamdaman ko sa kanya especially we knew each other na. Feeling ko nga mas lalalim pa 'to and I'm already preparing myself to be hurt kasi I know wala talaga akong pag-asa sa kanya.
We arrived at Smart Araneta and napakamaraming tao na ang pumipila para makapasok pero it wasn't that traffic pa. I can see a lot of people wearing maroon and white shirts pero mas maraming mga UP fans yung nakikita ko.
Nakapila na kami and it took us almost half an hour para makapasok sa loob ng venue. When we get inside, we were met by loud chattering kasi super dami na talaga yung mga tao na nasa loob.
Might add, this game was the first game of the season na sold out lahat ng tickets.
And then Erica and I were thankful kasi yung seat talaga namin ay nasa row 1, seat 13 and 12. Which means kitang-kita talaga namin ng mas malapitan yung mga naglalaro sa court kasi nasa pinakauna kami. And we're just a few rows away lang sa sports deck ng commentator or kaya announcer. Malapit lang kasi kami sa center.
