"What the hell are you doing here Lucifer"

"Here I brought your trig homework, huh so this is your room" she looked around taking in her surroundings I rounded my eyes.

" I know you didn't come here just to give my my trig homework" I said as I crossed my arms

"Your right I didn't I.." we both heard the front door open and even though I was upstairs I still smelled him. I still felt him close to me. Titan was at the front door talking to my mom.

"Please I really need to see her" was he talking about me or Loren?

"Hello are you listening to me"she said

" yeah you said something about us needing to talk come on we'll jump out the window and take a walk"

" your avoiding him?" She asked

"Yeah less talking right now more jumping" I grabbed some shoes and opened my window to get ready to jump and Loren was right behind me. We both jumped down from three stories high and head into the woods

"Is this the part where you murder me and burry me in the woods"

" don't give me any ideas" I took a pause "on second thought yes this is that part"

"How are you"she asked I was surprised

"What do you care Lucifer, you've got everything you ever wanted my pain and Titan all wrapped up in a bow. Did you come here to gloat and look at your handy work"

"Not exactly...." we stayed silent

"I'm sorry" she said. My eyes went wide I was in shock.

"Relax we aren't going to hug this out and become the best of friends" she said and rolled her eyes

"So what? You just turned over a new leaf is this a joke to you do you have any idea what I've been going through" i yelled in her face

"This isn't a joke I don't take this lightly" she yelled back

"Then what Loren What is this" her face relaxed and she looked guilty

"I.." she took a pause " I saw you in the woods that night" I felt my face relax

"What?" I asked I felt vulnerable that such a private moment had been seen.

"After I had the talk with Titan I left to clear my head and emotions and I heard you screaming in agony." She looked down

"It sent chills through me. I had never heard nothing like that. For a Moment I thought that you were dying but then I heard you talking to your mom and I figured it out"

"Oh" I said. Great just great I'm getting sympathy from Lucifer.

"Look I know I'm not your biggest fan but I do respect our traditions" I scuffed at her remark

"It's true, I wasn't Titans mate and I knew I wasn't going to be"

"So you broke up with him?"

"It was the right thing to do" she said

"That doesn't change anything Loren" I said her head darted in my direction.

"He still loves you and that's the problem."

"Titan has a good heart he's a little naive and a bit slow but a good heart"

"Yeah a good heart that loves you, you wouldn't understand what it's like to have something taken from you like that"

"I think enough has been taken from me" she said

"Oh yeah like what huh?"

"what are you taking about your pack we are right here"

"Okay you have really lost it first an apology now this" I couldn't believe this was real she has to have lost her mind

" look just listen. After the war packs lost many mine the most so my father made a deal with your to combine our pack."
