Gen's POV

Kring! Kring! Nanay Rosa Calling ...

"Nay?

"Excuse me miss, kanina pa kita napapansing paikot-ikot dito. Do you need some help?

"I doubt that" sabi niya pa at aangal pa sana ako nang magsimula na siyang mag lakad.

"Look here, nasa likod mo lang 'tong una sa lista yet you didn't even know " at may kinuha siya sa shelf which is nasa likuran ko, "Bread crambs" dagdag pa niya.

I don't like her guts, she's too. . . Ugh! I don't like how she nags as if she's with a little girl.

" I think that's all. Breadcrambs, check. Olive oil, check. Pepper, check. Pasta, check. Cream, check. Butter, check. " and she handed me my phone.

"An- - - "

"Yes it's me again, and don't you dare run away from me after I helped you run your errands earlier"

Great. It's the girl from the groceries earlier who kinda know where 'everything' is. Well, not everything. . . Atleast for those that I didn't know where they'd put it.

"You don't think that I did it for free right? " tanong niya which made me look at her.

"What? You want money? " i asked her straight to the point.

Well, what's new? Nothing's free in today's world.

"I don't need money but you need to help me carry these bags to my brother's car and in exchange I'll give you a lift" she squeaked as she pointed out the three plastic bags infront of her.

I shrugged as I only have one plastic bag to carry for the items I bought earlier. I took one of her grocery bags so we can have an even number of bags being carried as I started walking to the parking lot.

"Hey wait up!

Nagtungo kami dun and unfortunately, sarado ito.

" I just called my brother and he's on his way here. Let's just wait for him for a while so i can give you a lift" sabi pa niya at sumandal sa sasakyan.

Wait for someone? No way. I'm a short tempered person tapos paghihintayin niya pa ako sa kapatid niya? Psh. No thanks.

"I appreciate your help kanina at sa offer mo na paghatid sa akin but I have to take down your offer. I have my car with me but thank you pala sa pag offer mo na paghatid, I appreciate it. I may not need it now but maybe someday " sabi ko pa bago nagtungo sa sasakyan ko at sumakay na rito.

Tinignan ko ulit siya sa side mirror ko for the last time bago sinumulan ang pagmamaneho pauwi. Thank you anyway, stranger from the groceries.

Wala pa akong drivers license since under 18 pa ako.
