"Babe! Almost done with the popcorn?!" I yelled from the movie room as I set up the throw blankets on the leather couch. My question was followed by silence but the sound of the microwave beeping, signaling that the time was done.

With the small shuffling I heard following the silent response, I headed to the kitchen myself.

Upon entering the kitchen, I hear more of a whimper and start to worry. What I found was surprising.

Ashton was crying into Michaels shoulder as Michael whispered encouraging words to him. "It's okay buddy. You need to stop taking fault for everything." Michael said rubbing his back.

I stand by and watched them hug as Ash cried.

I already knew it had something to do with hate. Lately, all the "fans" do is attack Ashton. He doesn't always let it get to him but when he's crying, it most likely is beyond hate.

I approach them quietly and stand beside them as I start to rub Ashton's back. He looks up from Michaels shoulders and wipes his eyes. He looks down at me and smiles, giving me a tight hug.

"Hey, buddy? What's wrong?" I ask rubbing his back. He pulls back from our hug and wipes his stray tears as he starts to take deep breaths. Michael heads over to the sink and pours his best friend a cup of water. Ashton takes the cup and leads himself to the bar stool by the counter.

Michael sits one over and I stand in front of the sink that's on the island.

"There's just a lot of the hate in the fandom. Most of them bullied me into the past on twitter. Just because of promotion for the tour. They," he pauses to take a deep breath. "They said ugly things. They brought up family and my horrendous past. I just, I want to know what goes through their heads that makes them, makes them say these very triggering things. I mean yes, they don't like the tour but what makes it okay for them to attack me out of our management, pr, or literally anyone else?"

"I wish I could tell you why. It could be because of anything. It's at times like these where you shouldn't listen to them. Just do what is best for you and don't let a so called fan get in the way of it. No ones opinion matters. You know what and who you are doing it for." I finish looking over to Michael too, who has also been dealing with hate like the rest of the band.

"I just wish their words didn't get to me." he whispered bowing his head. "You have that choice of letting them get to you." I whisper back.
