Chapter 3

I got ready for my date with Jack.

Jack hasn't texted me the address yet. I got in the car and waited. It was already 8 and he had just texted me. I rushed over and knocked on the door. "You're late." he says with a smirk on your face. " Well you just sent me the address." I say. " that's no excuse." he says. "Ok... well bye." I say walking away from the door. He runs up and grabs my waist to turn me around. "I was just kidding." he says and pulls me into the house by my hand. It was getting dark as we played wii and then put in a movie. "Hey, I wanna show you something." he says pulling me up by my hand and leading me up the stairs.

He lead me onto the rooftop and stuck his hand out to show me, kind of like how tourists do it when you get off the bus to see something new. "Here we are." he says. "oh my god it's so beautiful up here." I say. " I know, that's why I brought you up here. he says. "Well, I didn't bring you up here for nothing, wanna lay down and watch the stars?" he says. "Sure." I said, blushing. "Wow, they look so pretty from up here." I said. "Look," Jack said as we both sat up. " I know we met today, but I really like you Vanessa... I want to know, do you just wanna be friends with me for Lily?" he said. "Of course Jack.. she's my best friend and we already had a fight about it once and I feel so bad. She looks up to you guys and I would be letting her down if I... " Suddenly, Jack cut me off. He kissed me. It was very short but then I looked back at him and I kissed him.
