Amnesia

"Okay. She's getting ready to perform. When are you going to surprise her?" Sarah asked through the phone, though it was a little hard to hear her because it was loud in the background.

"Don't worry. I got it all planned out. Just don't tell her that I'm here." I said, eyeing the building then turning back around.

"Will do. Got to go so bye." She said, her words rushed.

"Bye." I hanged up and slipped my phone into my back pocket.

I put on my sunglasses and went into the building, hearing screaming fans chanting Sabrina's name.

My heart skipped a beat when she walked onto the stage with a bright smile on her face.

"Hi guys! Thank you so much for coming here to sing with me today!" She spoke and giggled.

Sabrina's POV

I scanned the crowd and I could have sworn I saw Y/N. But that's just crazy. She's still in LA, right? I dismissed the thought and started singing.

I pulled up a chair and sat down when it was time for me to sing Exhale.

"Okay. Well I would like to say something before this concert comes to an end." I said as they brought me my guitar. The room got quiet as they waited for me to speak, respectively.

"As you know, I'm dating this absolutely gorgeous, talented, amazing girl named Y/N." I said, knowing my eyes lit up when I said her name.

"Do you love her?!" A random girl yelled from the audience.

I smiled and nodded, my heart feeling like it was doing flips. "With all my heart. So much that I want one day for us to get married and start a family together." There was a series of 'awws' in the room and I slightly blushed.

"What I'm trying to say is that when you meet a special person that makes you feel like that, that makes you feel loved and cared for and like nothing can break you, don't let go of them. That's the best kind of person ever that you will encounter." I said and took a deep breath. "Okay. One more song for the night. Exhale."

...

"Hey Bri. Ready to go?" Sarah asked, peeking her head into the dressing room.

"Mhm, I just need to get my phone." She nodded in understanding and closed the door back up.

"Found it!" I started running outside with it in my hand when I accidentally crashed into someone, causing both of us to go tumbling to the ground and her glasses to fall off.

"I am so, so sorry. I didn't see where I was going." I said, scrambling to get up and then I pulled her up by her hands.

"It's okay, Brina." My eyes widened when I heard her voice.

"Baby!" I yelled, hugging her tightly as she did the same. I couldn't help but start crying. "I missed you so much!" I said.

"I missed you, too. Come on. Let's go inside." I nodded and Y/N carried me in. Everyone else was too involved in their own conversations to pay attention to us.

"When did you get here?"

"A couple hours ago. I went to your concert. A little birdie told me that you were upset so I decided to come see you."

"I wasn't that upset." I pouted and cuddled into her.

"I saw you crying while looking at pictures of you and Y/N." Sarah spoke and gave Y/N a hug before walking away.

"Okay so maybe I was a little upset, but how could I not be? My girlfriend was hundreds of miles away from me and I haven't seen or talked to her in weeks." I exclaimed. "So how long are you staying?"

"How long do you want me to stay?" She asked, playing with my hair.

"Until the end of tour so we can go home together." I suggested and she nodded.

"Then I will."

"Really?" I asked, a big smile appearing on my face.

"Really." She said and kissed the top of my head and I started to fall asleep.

Y/N's POV

"Hey. What are you doing up so early? It's five in the morning." Sarah asked.

"I could ask you the same." I responded back.

"Went to bed early so I got up early." She said. "Now you."

"I woke up a couple minutes ago and I couldn't go back to sleep."

"Not tired?"

"No, I am. I just had a nightmare." I answered.

"About?"

"Something that happened to me in the past, but I don't want to talk about it." I said. "So how's she been doing?"

"She's been doing really good actually. Apart from her missing you though." She said, sitting down beside me. "And all she ever talks about is you two. To the point where it gets almost annoying." She laughed lightly and then looked down at Sabrina.

"It's weird, you know. To see how much she's changed since she's been with you." I cocked my head to the side in confusion.

"Well you know that her personal life is different from how people might think, with her having depression, an anger disorder, and being bipolar." She started off and I listened intently to what she was saying.

"And she wasn't doing so good before she met you and things happened that only she can tell you about... It wasn't easy for her to say the least. She was starting to go down a dark path is all I can really say."

"Then she met you again and everything changed for her. Could you believe that it was rare for her to even smile before and now she can't stop. It's nice to see how she is happier and that she can see and think about something that won't have her in a bad mood."

"And I can tell that she's had the same effect on you." She moved my hair back and then patted my head.

"You two... I think you guys were made for each other. I'm happy for you and I wish you both the best." She said before standing up and walking back to the bunks.

I looked down at my lap where the sleeping beauty was and I lightly kissed the top of her head and saw a small smile creep on to her face.
