CHAPTER 15: DECEMBER 29TH

I'm feeling like I'm being suffocated here. Im gonna go get some fresh air. I changes into my jacket and jeans before heading out to who-knows-where.

I was just taking a stroll on the street when I saw a park nearby. Huh, how come I never saw it? Well, it was an empty park with just old-and-broken kids games like some slides and a seesew anndd... Ah, 2 swings. The swings' metal bars seem quite Rusty and old. Oh well,I bet it can hold a potato like me.

I was feeling bored so I sat on it hoping it won't break or something. I kept dozing off in that dark night sky, too much that I didn't realize that someone was already sitting on the one next to me. All I can say is that he got here before me but I never noticed it. How? Don't ask please. ANYWAYS BACK TO THE POINT, there, I saw, was a boy who looks a little bit younger than me.

He had his head low while moving his legs so he's swinging slightly, so it was hard to see his face.

I assumed he had light brown hair from the light the moon was giving us. He also had big round-ish eyes that looked so innocent. I tried not to stare at him for too long because.... It was just creepy.

But hey.... Why is he out here all alone? Says the one who can't stand being at home and went to an empty old park that's probably haunted.

Before anything can be answered, he turned his head and stare at me for a while before smiling. What an adorable smile... Wait what?! Hey wake up y/n you just met him!!!

"Why are you out here? A girl like you shouldn't be here at night. It can get pretty dangerous." The young boy finally let a voice out that mouth which made me get startled for a second there. I wasn't expecting that.

"I could say the same thing about you." I answered trying to sound all cool and stuff

"Well... I sneaked out here because I can't stand seeing my parents argue 24/7" he replied still with a smile but looking down his feet. He made me regret asking that. I feel guilty now.

"U-um.. I'm sorry" in a low tone it was. I feel bad now. But Well, it's better than having no parents AT ALL.

"It's okay, so... Whyyy are you out here?" He asked me again and I guess I have to tell him, since he told me his reason.

"Well... I kinda had a bad day today. So I decided to go somewhere to get fresh air and just....cool down, I guess." I answered awkwardly and he just nodded.

We stayed silent for what felt like forever. I took that time to secretly admire his features more.
Even though he's sitting, I can tell that he's even taller than yoongi. But still, he seemed young. He also had his 2 front teeth looking like a bunny's.

"Hey umm..do you think miseries end?" He said in a serious tone.

"Well... Miseries DO end. But not forever. When you think about it. Just like how everything has it's good and bad, Life has it's ups and downs. When a misery ends, you don't live without problems after that. Trouble WILL come. You just never know when. You can't just live like those happily ever after stories. But, you can't just sulk around a problem forever. Instead, it's better if you solve it. So you can be happy after solving it, until another problem arises." (A/N: cliché talk much.)

He now had a big smile on his face. "Wow, you are quite a wise person" he spoke which made me blush. I think this is supposed to be a compliment. "Someone once told me as well: the morning will come again. No darkness no season can last forever" I added emphasizing taehyung's song lyrics.

"Well... I think that person knows alot about living" the young boy stated which had me wondering, is taehyung that kind of person?

"Hey umm.. you seem like a cool person. How about we become friends?" He asked shyly.
