"I'm sure that....." Violet said before Rosie came bursting through and ran as fast as she could to her and Clem
"Whoa whoa whoa! It's OK Rosie. It's OK." Violet said now sounding worried
"Oh my god... What happened?? Where are Gabe and Louis?? " Clem asked.
She then quickly ran towards the gate to see for them but she couldn't see them
"Oh no. This can't be good." Violet said walking next to Clem
"Do you think she can lead us to them? "
"I don't k...." Violet began to sat until Willy shouted from the lookout post, "Violet! You need to see this!"
"Shit! Come on Clem." Violet exclaimed as she ran towards Willy's post
Clem quickly followed her
Violet climbed up the ladder and joined Willy at the post.
"Here." Willy said as he handed Violet the pair of binoculars
"What do you see?? " Clem asked impatient
"Holy fucking shit!!" Violet exclaimed as she saw what Willy was warning her about
"What? What's up?? " Clem asked worried
"Look." Violet said handing Clem the binoculars
She took the binoculars and looked through them. Clem spotted the herd, that apparently got between them.
"Oh my god, shit... This is bad! This is so fucking bad! "
"I've never seen so many. There has to be dozens of them." Violet said. She sounded scared.
Clem tried to see Gabe and Louis maybe walking though the herd with Walker guts but didn't spot them.
She sighed. "I knew it was a bad idea, sending Gabe out! "
"I'm so sorry. I had no idea that it would get this bad. There werent any walkers for miles"
"It's not your fault... It's mine. If I would've been with Louis or Gabe, we would've covered ourselves in Walker guts... Oh god damn it get home guys"
"Clementine...., with the herd like that, their chances of making it out alive.... are slim to none." Violet said putting a hand on her shoulder
"No! This can't be happening... I've lost him, like everybody else! " She said sliding down against the wall and crying into her hands
Violet comforted Clem by hugging her tightly
"Get away from me! " She shouted with tears streaming down her face. "I'm sorry, I just need time alone now... "
"Oh.... ok." Violet said understanding
Clem couldn't believe they died... She couldn't believe she just lost another person she loved. And again he died trying to care about her...
"Clem? What's going on? Why are you crying?" AJ asked afraid
She looked up. "We think Gabe and Louis got lost in the herd... "
"W... What?!" AJ said as he began to cry too
"We're pretty sure it's true, because the herd is right in front of the gates... "
AJ broke down into tears like Clementine was
"I can't believe it... It was his worst decision ever! I told him I'd go hunting, but he couldn't listen to me! " She cried out after she buried her face in her arms again
