Elizabeth's P.O.V
I jogged down the stairs, trying to let reality sink in. I might finally have found a home.
As I reach the bottom of the stairs Josh takes my bags from me and I go say goodbye to Barbara.
"Barbara, I'm going to miss you but thanks for everything!" I say as calmly as possibly.
"Bye Elizabeth, take care,"
I turn around and wave good bye, following Josh out the door.
I climb in the SUV and sit next to Josh.
This is going to be an awkward ride home.
