LOOKING FOR A BRIGHTER SEASON
I was looking in the mirror of the changing room. My body totally wasn't good enough for this dress. Nonetheless, I still walked out the room to show my friends and they told me I looked good. It was a spaghetti strap white fitted dress. I went back into the changing room and switched into my normal clothes. Then, we bought our things and left to go get ready. "I wish we could get ready together, but my mom won't let me out because I was already at the mall." Ashley whined. "Then how are you coming- oh." I mentally facepalmed, of course she was sneaking out. "My parents are gonna leave for dinner and hopefully they're gone long enough." She sighed. Beverly stayed quiet around me the whole trip to my house and I wondered what I did wrong. "Well, bye bitches. I'll see y'all at the party." I blew them a kiss with my hand then flipped them off walking back inside. I didn't have to worry about my ass of a dad because he was on a business trip and my mom left our home when I was younger. I immediately headed for the shower and by the time I got out it was 6:50. I hurriedly put my dress on and brushed my teeth, meanwhile my phone was blown up from text messages from everyone. Everyone except Dante. TEXT MESSAGE ME: hey Read at 6:57 PM What the hell? Fine, whatever he was acting JUST like Joey and it was throwing me off. I put my phone on the counter and began straightening my hair. After about 20 minutes I finished and it was 7:20. TEXT MESSAGE ME: hey Matteus, it's me Ally. I just wanted to see when you can pick me up. UNKNOWN: oh hey, Ally. I can pick you up now if you'd like. Me: Sure, sounds great 💞✨ my address is 124 eagle st. MATTEUS: 💞 be there in 10 I gathered my bag and put my necessities in there. Then walked down the stairs in high heels, which wasn't fun at all. After a few minutes, the once silent air was interrupted by my phone buzzing. Accept CALL ME: hey MATTEUS: hey I'm outside, but if you need more time that's okay. ME: oh, no I'm already finished. I'm on my way out the door. I hung up once I saw his car in my driveway. I walked to the passenger side and opened the door, taking a seat. It was a beautiful car, I admit and it sounded even better when he back out the driveway. "Nice car, dude." I complimented. "Oh, thank you." He said. "So, we have a couple minutes before the party starts, wanna go someplace to eat or waste time?" He suggested to me. I mean we did have a while before the party started, so I agreed and we made our way to Harvey's.
