We Met To Take Over The Internet

Chapter 6

*Colby's POV*

I woke up at like 10am and it was now 1pm and I had still not moved out of bed. I decided that I was going to get up and started editing the Fan Q&A video we had record yesterday. I threw my blankets off to the side before getting up shoving my joggies and hoodie on and walking over to my desk switching it on. I decided to check my emails before I did anything else. I opened up my emails and began to skim through my emails before my eyes landed on an email from Vidcon.

I quickly click on the email going through it before freaking out seeing that The Haunt and Gore twins were going to be there. I had the biggest crush on Lizzie, she was absolutely beautiful and amazing. I would literally do anything to be her boyfriend. I mean whenever her name is mentioned I can feel the butterflies in my stomach and I honestly don't know what I am going to be like when she is physically right in front of me in the flesh.

I kept biting my lip and playing with the neck of my jumper before I thought I should shout on Sam to let him know that we were invited to Vidcon and also who else was going to be there because Sam really likes Melon. He thinks it's not obvious but it's so obvious that everyone in the house knew about it but they decided to not let on that they knew. I shout on him and I hear him groan before his footsteps,

"Your freaking me out, why are you smiling so much?" I could hear the nervousness in his voice as he tried to hold back a laugh and how I was currently acting and how awkward my smiling was making him feel.

"Brother you have to look at this!" I say to him quite giddy as I turn back around towards my computer with a big ass smile on my face.

I could sense him roll his eyes behind me before he walks up to me leaning on my chair as he started to read the email on the screen to himself.

"We got invited to Vidcon?" He asked. He didn't seem to be surprised because we did get invited last year but I was just waiting for him to realise the real reason that I got him to read the email.

"Not only that brother but look who else has a table" I said with a big smile on my face, whilst continuing to play with the neck of my jumper trying to hide how nervous I was at the events that would be happening in a few short days. I look up at Sam faces to see him scanning through the list of names on the screen before finally landing on the names I flipped out about,

"Melon and Lizzie? The Haunt and Gore twins?" He said trying to keep his voice chilled but you could sense the excitement in his voice.

Sam and I both secretly but not really secretly loved the twins and we would even sit and watch there videos in a complete daze. Some people say to us on social media and comment on our and their YouTube videos that they were the female versions of us. I had to agree with them but the two if us would never be as hot and cute as those two.

I could tell that Sam was trying to confine his excitement for meeting Melon because of his Uber crush on her. I was trying my hardest to not freak out at the fact I was going to meet my all time biggest celebrity crush on the planet.

"Brother we get to meet the two hot girls that people say are the female us!" The tone of my voice was getting more and more excited at the thoughts.

I began to think of Lizzie and the way she was. She was absolutely perfect in every way, she was amazing and she was literally the only person that I could think of ever being with. I know that sounds a bit dramatic but I really want to be with her and my plan at Vidcon is to do my best and try to impress her.

"That's cool man" was all that Sam said before I turned around to him and raise my eyebrow at him and I gave him a worried look.

"Dude I'm so sorry about Kat but come on you get to meet that Melon chick and we both know how much you like her, it's so obvious." He sighed at me before turning around and walking away and heading to his room.

I decided that I was going to wait a little longer before I decided to start editing the video. I opened up Instagram on my computer before going onto Lizzie's profile. I have been following her ever since she started on YouTube and I loved it when she posted new things. I saw that she had posted something on her story. I clicked on it before an Instagram live recording popped up of Lizzie and Melon and they were dancing around and screaming about how excited they were about going to Vidcon.

I couldn't help but stare at Lizzie she was wearing ripped skinny jeans and a cropped XPLR shirt that showed off her perfect figure. She looked so hot in our merch and I couldn't help but feel jealous that she was wearing XPLR and not mine but that's stupid. I finished watching the live stream to see that she had posted something else.

I clicked on the picture and saw that she was wearing my black and white Yeet! jumper. I felt my heart explode at the sight that was currently on my screen and of course I had to like it. I wrote in the comments "HOT DAMN! Looking good!" with fire and heart eye emojis.

I lay back on my chair closing my eyes just wishing that Vidcon would just come so much sooner.
