The boys were sitting up in the tree watching as the sun cast an orange-gold glow over the property. They were sitting on a thick branch with Dick holding the guitar and Wally leaning his head on Dicks shoulder. Dick started tuning his new guitar, before strumming a few strings. Dick then started strumming the notes to their favorite song.
Come home early after class
Don't be hanging 'round the back of the schoolyard
I've been called up by a teacher
She said she can't even reach you 'cause you're so far
Dick stopped singing and Wally sand the next verse.

Dick slowly let the notes fade, the sun had gone down even more so now the sky was painted pink. Dick looked over at Wally to see said boy looking at him with so much love and adoration in his eyes. Wally leaned in and kissed Dick. When they broke apart for they were breathless. They then smiled before Dick started strumming a new tune. They stayed up in that tree until Alfred came and got them for dinner.
They had followed Alfred inside after doing a few flips off the tree, and getting scolded by the butler for scaring him. Wally who now has the guitar put it by the door for them to get later. The had walked in to the dinning room and were met by not only Bruce and Barry but also Oliver and Arthur. They were talking before they noticed the boys enter.
"Finally you join us. Do you run off the place you went the first time?" Barry asks
"The first time? They ran off before?" Oliver asks
"Yep and yes" Dick said
"Well then let's eat" Alfred said coming into the room with plates effectively ending the questioning.
