Thinking one day. ......
gazing at the sky.......
I do not know why......
my thoughts flew ......
far away.......
out to the yonder wild. ..
flying on breezes of .....
light headed fantasies. ....
deep philosophical theories. ..
crazy,silly stories.....
and on the fast winds ....
of lost loves. ....lost time
a chastened mind......
diving high .....diving low. ....
a perpetual roll......
I needed to go slow. ....
but. ....oh...no... !!
it wasn't easy ....you know. .
pulling out. ...of a high dive....
is no joke. ......
circling the lofty realms. ...
while I attempted to land....
getting back to reality's ground
steady...
holding on to prayers....
slamming hard on ....
the mental brakes....
sane...or inane..
finally touching...
down to earth..
with a gleeful smirk.... .;)
