Chapter 15

Ben's POV
It's been 4 weeks now and y/n is still traumatized by what happened she will hardly talk and she hasn't slept ever since i am starting to get worried about her

She kicked me and dark out of the room yesterday and she hasn't come out since.....UGH what am i saying i don't care about her......well i don't care about her much........okay fine i love her i can't hide that from myself but i know after i treated her she will never love me

UGH I DON'T KNOW MY FEELINGS TOWARDS HER!!!

i walked down stairs and into the kitchen and i saw y/n sitting at the table drawing something

I felt my face heat up, i shake it off and sit beside her "hey whatcha drawing?" I asked trying to start a conversation she lifted her head to look at me and what i saw put me in shock

She had eye bags and her eyes looked so lifeless not to mention that her skin looked paler then usually, i give a smile and look at her drawing

It was a drawing of a girl holding her knees and was in a corner (picture at the top)

I examined the picture unable to look away from it, what the fuck did Bennett and Benson do to her, they are so dead

I finally look away from the picture and at her she had tears coming from her eyes i felt my heart break, i want to see a smile on her face once again.......oh i have a great idea

"Y/n follow me please" i got up and walked to the door i heard footsteps behind me so i knew she was following, i head out the back door to the pool looking back to see her stand there with a confused look on her face

Y/n's POV

Why did ben bring me out here, was he going to drown me in the pool?

Was he going to take me into the forest and kill me

Cause right now they both sound pretty good

It wasn't until he took off his shirt and pants leaving him in his boxers, my face was heating up i covered my eyes and looked away that's when someone grabbed my arm gently and lowered it i look to see it was ben she gave a small smile

"Wanna come swimming with me?" He asked i stared at him for a while before nodding i take off my hoodie and pants leaving me in my bra and panties

I looked away from him ever since that day i never liked being in only my underwear soon i was pulled into the pool, i look and saw ben smiling at me and i couldn't help but smile back

Time skip

We had been swimming, on a walk, shopping, and even went out for ice cream and it was the best day of my life mostly cause i got to spend it with ben right now we are just sitting in an opening in the woods and watching the sunset

I look at it with aww cause we never really see many sunset in Atlantis "it's so beautiful isn't it ben" "yes it is" i look at ben to see he was looking at me as soon as he saw me look at him his face went red and he looked away

"Hey y/n i wanted to tell you something" ben said he looked kind of upset

Ben's POV

I wanted to apologize for everything i put her through i took a deep breath and looked at her "i wanted to say......sorry for everything i did to you like how i caused you so much fear and pain" i felt myself tear up from thinking about all the stuff i did to her "i did all that stuff because.....because i didn't know how to handle my feelings and i was so frustrated so i took it out on you, the truth is i really like you more then just a friend ever since i saw you" at this point i was in tears "please forgive me, I'm so sorry i-"

Before i could finish i felt something soft on my lips, i realized the y/n was kissing me i was shocked for a little but eventually kissed back running my fingers through her hair and cupping her cheek

We pull away for air i stared deep into her eyes that look so full of life she smiled and embraced me in a hug which i didn't hesitate to return, we stayed like that for a while before i decided to try and ask "y/n will.....will you be my girlfriend?"

I felt her stiffen before relaxing again and hugging me tighter "of course i will" she pulled away from the hug and kissed me before turning her attention to the sunset again cuddling me

I did the same, i love y/n so much and I'm so glad that she feels the same way about me this is like a movie this was the happiest day of my life

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end eventually
