"Grab my hand, Pranpriya," she told Little Lali as they made their way through the forest.
They're lost. After her father left, her mother was forced to work abroad so she could earn enough money for the both of them.
Little Lali's mother was forced to leave her with her uncle, along with her. Lisa's uncle was rather abusive, and she would protect her . . . always. However, this time, their uncle was hella drunk and purposely left them in the middle of nowhere.
Little Lali wasted no time and grabbed her hand. "Y-you won't leave me, right unnie?" Lisa grabbed onto her unicorn plushie, feeling uneasy.
She reassuringly smiled at the younger, bending down a bit to reach her level. She patted her head, nodding. "Yes, Priya. I won't do that. Do you trust me?"
Little Lali innocently nodded, on the verge of tearing up. She was scared. The sun was going down, so they had to move faster to escape the forest.
She led the way, rightly grabbing onto Lisa's hand. Amidst their little search, they both heard a familiar voice.
"WHERE ARE YOU TWO?!"
Lisa felt scared, hugging her unnie. She hated yelling, she hated it so much. "WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?! I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME!"
Lisa clutched onto her even tighter, but she tried her best to pull Lisa away. Once she successfully did so, she pushed Lisa away from her and gulped. Lisa fell down, beginning to cry once she saw how her unnie was getting ready to run, inhaling deeply before she planned to do so.
"W-where are you going? You said you wouldn't leave me!" Lisa stuttered, feeling more terrified as she heard her uncle yelling again. She closed her eyes, and held onto her unicorn plushie.
The yelling ended, and once she felt a bit safe, she opened her eyes, just to discover that she was alone.
She left her. They all do.
Lisa woke up, groaning as she felt her head ache. Her doe eyes widened, finding herself in Chaeyoung's room which of course got her thinking how the fuck she got there. Last time she remembered, she was on a phone call with Jungkook.
She quickly sat up, but still made sure that Chaeyoung wouldn't wake up. She found her phone lying besides Chaeyoung, and so she checked it. She also checked the call history, and saw that her call with Jungkook lasted for an hour.
